Express Rx compounds a special medication for me. They alert me by text when it is ready, which is always sooner than the estimated time given by the IVR. The pharmacist remembers me and is always very nice and professional. I really like this pharmacy. They are way out of my way and not in my neighborhood and I only get one prescription from them,but they are worth the trip. I like them and don’t mind traveling to visit them.

This facility on Catlpa and 28th St in Pine Bluff AR is being ruined by its staff. they have repeatedly hung up on me for 20 mintues straight and then lied about receiving prescriptions from doctors. My husband and i have used this pharmacy for years and are always treated like our money or time doesnt count. we will be switching pharmacies after this month. Thanks for nothing.

I was attacked by a Pitt bull on a cycling ride! I needed multiple rabies shots over a 28 day period and they aren’t easy to find. It’s always great to have a relationship with your pharmacist but in situations like this it is priceless! Kent (pharmacist and owner) worked very hard to secure these shots for me using his work ethic and network of other pharmacist. Kent made a very stressful situation so much better by communicating well, and being positive about helping me. He was even on vacation during the time I needed 1 of the 4 shots administered and he made sure his staff was prepared and answered questions while on vacation. Kent has a customer for life. You should be one too. Thanks Kent for making a terrible situation a little bitter better.

They always ask for 48 hours to fill a script and I usually give them about 4-5 days but I almost never have my prescription ready on time. They have since done better since confronting them about the issue.

I like this small local pharmacy and the personal attention when needed. If you need something inside it's small with limited options which means you can be in and out fast. They also did a great job organizing their covid vaccine clinic.

Disappointed again. The only saving grace for Express Rx on Cantrell is Deedee. I have been given the wrong prescription, a dog's prescription, and now no prescription at all. Asked for a refill on a Tuesday, went in on Saturday to get it and they couldn't find it. Had to wait for insurance to approve (that's why I asked for it on Tuesday). Was finally told to go home and they would call me when it was ready. Dr. Kent's people on weekends are disorganized and a complete mess. Never ever go on a weekend and if you can, only deal with Deedee! She seems to be the only assistant that knows what she is doing!

Love this place! Drive from Cabot to get a prescription because... (compound pharmacy) and I don't mind one bit. Kent and Dee-Dee and all the staff go above and beyond any other pharmacy I have been to. And they always know my name! They are the best around!!!

I have been so impressed with Express RX since fully transferring my prescriptions from Walgreens last year. I started using them because I needed to have a prescription compounded, and they're one of the only drugstores locally that does it (and in my case for a much better price than the others). One of my favorite things is that they have free home delivery of drugs, usually the same day. They're also reliable and personable and seem to know me already, so it feels comfortably small-town. I like that my dollars are going to a smaller business than Walgreens or Walmart. Today the pharmacist called to see if they could sync my meds so they come at the same time each month and auto-renew the standard ones instead of having orders scattered throughout the month and up to me to remember to call in. I've been nothing but happy with them. Highly recommend.

I have been using Express Rx for a few years now. I am very happy and satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail in all prescription filling. If I have a special request it usually takes one day to arrive at store. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the personal touch.
