“I'm forever indebted to Arvel for his repairing my old Technics turntable. Central Arkansas residents who are into old analog gear are fortunate to have a shop like this. I couldn't be more pleased listening to my old turntable which has given me problems for ages, after his repairs. I was thinking it was time to retire the old thing, sentimental attachments over the last few decades be darned, and purchase a new turntable. Nope! The platter is as stable as can be and the addition of shielded cabling has eliminated so much noise that was distracting before. “This business was very helpful. I have a Suzuki DR650 dual sport motorcycle that had been sitting for the last 7 months so I assumed the battery to be dead. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. I was taken to a shelf with a couple options for my bike and ultimately chose a Duracell battery with a 2 year warranty. I had received a coupon but failed to read that it was for online purchases, however I was still given a small discount anyways. I’m glad the battery they sold me had a good charge already because the bike struggled to start up, but eventually did. I brought the core back to the store and was reimbursed for the core charge. Overall this store is very helpful and seems to have a wide selection of batteries for various applications. I would recommend this location to anyone especially if they have an uncommon battery or need a battery from a reputable manufacturer. Thank you for your help!”

“I hope future customers take the time to read Google reviews. I started having trouble with my Samsung Galaxy S22 late on an afternoon. I contacted CPR Cell Phone Repair in the Market Place in West Little Rock right when they opened the following morning. Colby, the manager, was very welcoming, professional and assured me he could fix it. He said he would have it fixed within an hour and a half which he did. The price was very reasonable and I wasn't without a phone like I probably would have been if I took it to AT&T and not even sure they could fix it. Colby is educated in cybersecurithy which gave me even more confidence he could fix my problem. I will never use AT&T or another cell phone repair place again.
