They put the gas on the wrong pump at first and I had to fight to get my refund and then refused to reset the pump when premium was accidentally pressed. An actual embarrassment when it comes to customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Shift change that lasts for literal hours. Sure you can get gas here just fine but if you plan on using the convenience store, you are better off going down the road. Place gets robbed probably twice a month, and the employees use this as an excuse not to provide any service if the doors are locked.

Worst experience ever! Every price rang up incorrectly and Damien the cashier refused to even accept that it was wrong. Pastries had three signs that it was Buy One Get One Free, but Damien could not do a thing about it he said when it rang up full price. When confronted he developed a nasty attitude and I hate saying this but the impression received was that it was because I was the only Caucasian in the store. He refused to give me the manager's phone number and when I mentioned to other customers to be sure to check their prices when he rings them up, he threatened to call the police. Shop somewhere else, not worth the frustration!!!!

I've been here a couple times never had a great experience even so I try to avoid it. But last night 7/25 didn't sit right with me. I was at the gas station I saw these two young women having a conversation by one of their cars seemed normal however then i watched the light skinned guy about 6'2 who worked there come outside and harass them multiple times in the course of a couple minutes, not only yell at them outside saying rude disrespectful things but not to mention physically threatening to harm the two women and cussing them out in front of the store. The other employee shorter guy talked like he knew who the two women were and even tried to shut the guy up and get him back to work. But that's not to mention not only the other employee but both ladies told him to stop multiple times he said something about being assistant manager now so he could do what he wanted. Doesn't really seem how a manager would/should act and I'm curious if this behavior reflects the store and the corporates idea of management/employees should act because both women looked shook up. I wouldn't want either to have been my daughter so from now on I definitely will not be coming here if that's how management treats people. Especially women a man that old should be mature enough to know you shouldn't speak to anyone the way he did those young women. If he'd talked to my wife or daughter that way it'd be over that "manager" should be fired.

Rude employees dirty and nasty store smells really bad i tried to call and make complaint only to have the phone hung up in my face i think it should be shut down

I was surprised to go in there this morning and the lady was semi nice but she was mumbling kinda like it was a forced politeness. I always try to avoid this store but if I'm working in the immediate area, it's the only one around. Many times I have bad service. I think A lot of the employees that they've gone through over the years don't like whit people, it's pretty obvious actually. Make sure you fuel up before going to that area so you don't have to go there.

This is by far the worst gas station I have ever been to. The people that were working there were very rude and disrespectful because I overheard them talking bad about me behind my back and on top of that the line is always long. I have never had this kind of service especially from a so called customer service rep. I would go anywhere else but here

I go here just to get drinks. The staff is good but with its location, it seems to attract a rough crowd.

After driving for over 3 hours we made a pit stop. We filled the tank and went inside to get snacks just to be told the restroom was for employees only. I had young children with me that really needed to go and we were denied that. Customers should be able to use the restroom.
