It's unfortunate when you can't depend on your accountant. When they tell you they've done something and you find out they haven't. Being someone's accountant means assuming a position of trust. As a professional accountant it's incumbent on you to always do the right thing and to treat your clients with respect and in the same manner you wish to be treated. If you don't want someone's business, or if you're too overwhelmed with personal matters to live up to the bear minimum of client expectations, then you owe it to your clients to have a frank and honest conversation that you're no longer able to meet their needs and then you put them in touch with someone who can. You don't pretend that you're handling their affairs only to eventually ghost them. Who does that? I was a client for many, many years. I honestly don't know what happened. I deserved better. You let me down and you failed to live up to the standards any client has when they place trust in someone to handle their tax and accounting needs..

I've had my taxes done here for years. Over the years, I've expanded my finances. The staff here has stayed on top of it and ensured that my returns get handled to my satisfaction. The pricing is very reasonable and a great value. I was delighted that they quickly added the ability to digitally sign documents during the COVID-19 pandemic, making it easier (and of course safer) to sign any forms required. I have referred friends and family to EKW Advantage and will continue to do so.

Cheddy Wigginton has been our CPA for the past 4 years, and he has always done a great job. Whenever we have had an issue with either the federal or state IRS, he has gone to bat for us with the tax collectors! Furthermore, he always finds all possible deductions. And his fees are quite reasonable considering all that he does. I highly recommend him as a CPA.

His response to NOT filing our taxes on time was "sorry I dropped the ball", unacceptable.
