I had to stay here for work in early October. I bought an item from the store on site and they kept my card in the system. My card was then charged for other peoples purchases for the next 3 days. Each new charge I got, I called, and they said “it won’t happen again”. It kept happening until finally someone who used to work in accounting was able to fix it.
However, it’s now been over a month and the largest charge ($157) has yet to be refunded. I’ve called several times and left voice mails to get no response.
It shouldn’t be this hard to get ahold of someone to help with a fraudulent charge. I feel so bad for the front desk employees who have no higher up support.

Location is great but that's it.
Bathroom has mold all around the bathtub. Toothpast all over the walls.
Rooms are nothing special. Reminded me of the 80-90's
I watched two different groups walkout on dinner because they never received their food.
Watched a 3rd group walk in the kitchen because there was no servers nor bar tender around to complain about the food being cold.
I payed $16 for a buffet that is the exactly the same food as any other hotel that which is free. I was there for about a half an hour waiting on food that never showed up because everything was empty or cold.

Stella was busy from checking in for multiple people from the front desk. But despite that, she has maintained professionalism and has been very nice and accommodating to me and my friend. The cookies and water are great, and the view of the bridges are really nice. The room is very comfortable and clean. Thank you Stella for your 5 star service.
Rooms: The room is very spacious and clean, and has a good view!

The front desk staff here are great! We had just spent over 2 hours waiting outside with our young kids to vote across the street, and were looking for somewhere to get water afterward, because the drinking fountain was out of order at the polling place, and we went in here looking for a drinking fountain. A sweet custodian who spoke limited English noticed my wife looking, asked what she needed, then got her manager to help us out. The manager offered a bottle of water for each of us, including the toddler. And she gave all of us cookies! And she was so sweet to our 4year-old, calling him "the future president". It was just such a sweet experience!

From check-in to check-out we were treated so kindly. Stella, the lovely woman who checked us in, went above & beyond to make sure my family & I felt welcomed. (She may have even given my kids a candy bar each in addition to the traditional Doubletree cookies. ?)
When we realized our vehicle wouldn't fit in the underground parking garage, she walked outside with us to help promptly resolve the issue. When there were no available river-view rooms, she made sure to give us one high up with a gorgeous view of the city - which our kids thought was the coolest! Our room was clean & comfy.
Her kindness, as well as the rest of the staff - including the gentleman who took our room service order and made two separate trips to deliver it all - made our stay in Little Rock such a wonderful experience.
If you're a family with kiddos passing through, you won't be disappointed staying at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel.
PS. You can access the riverwalk from the back lobby door - just be sure to bring your room key for re-entry. Our evening walk was so pretty!
Nearby activities: The Museum of Discovery is within walking distance - and right on the river!
Walkability: Great central location! Close to the Riverwalk, River Market, museums, restaurants & legit coffee (Nexus!) ☺️
Food and drinks: We ordered room service for dinner and it was great. For breakfast, we ate a few blocks away at a diner called @ The Corner, then headed to the next block for coffee at Nexus. All wonderful! So many good options nearby.

If I could give Double Tree zero stars I would. We drove in from Dallas because of work expecting a great experience. When we arrived around 9:00pm and checked into room 406. It was super small and dirty. We then packed all our stuff and talked to the manager who was apologetic and gave us another room 408. This room was a nightmare as you can see in the pictures. I have never experienced such disappointment and disgust from a Hilton. I had rotator cuff surgery and by this time my shoulder was in pain by moving 3 times. We had to cancel and book another hotel 20 miles away. We were supposed to stay Monday through Friday so we had a lot of “stuff” and bags. The worst experience ever!!!!! HORRIBLE!!! GROSS!!!
*Sorry for any grammar errors it is now almost 12 midnight and I’m exhausted from the drive and dealing with the hotel and having to find a clean hotel.
Rooms: GROSS and DISGUSTING
Noteworthy details: See pics below

Outdated and very gross hotel. Nice staff though!!! Fine location. Parking situation is fine. Just very gross room! Another person I stayed with here posted their (negative) review a few weeks ago and it is still not publicly available. Weird!

Showed up for a conference and was informed they were overbooked and my reserved room was not available, nor was any other room in the hotel. The person at the desk offered no assistance in finding alternate housing nor offered any compensation, and refused to find a manager. Simply appalling.

Great location near the Riverwalk, pedestrian bridges, and plenty of restaurants/bars! Take a walk down the street to Flying Fish for some fantastic classic southern food.
Rooms: Half the building has a view of the river, the other half a view of the city!
Nearby activities: Lots to see on foot including a museum next door and a bunch of restaurants. Riverwalk and pedestrian bridges too!
Walkability: Very walkable!
Food and drinks: Lots of good places to eat and drink nearby!
