“The first thing that I noticed was how clean and organized the store was. When I got to the register, there was an elderly gentleman asking if they had cough drops. Instead of pointing to the direction of the cough drops, Dawn asked what kind he wanted and went to get them herself. When he had trouble understanding how to work the card reader, she was patient and kind. What a great store.”
“This location is a little messy with stuff everywhere. It would have been only 3 stars but the employees are very friendly and inviting that boosted it up to 4.”

“It's really nice inside and there is a decent upgrade in selection. There's a big self checkout section which is great, at least 2-3/4 will stay working. It's really well lit and wide open. It definitely is a better experience, reminds me of a good small town grocery. It might look a little too much like change, but it's nice to have. I would definitely say it's worth choosing a further drive to skip 2 or three similar places.”
“One of the best Dollar tree stores in Little Rock. They may not have as big of a variety as other locations, but everytime I've been in there the store is clean and shelves are tidy. Not having to dig through piles left by shoppers with no home training makes such a difference when shopping where there are so many different things. It seems the staff there works hard to make it stay tidy.”

“I love dollar generals. The cashier was awesome and one of the associates helped me reach something. This location is by far the cleanest I have seen in a long time. I went to the one on Edison in Benton earlier this week and it was horrific!!!! You couldn't even walk down the aisles let alone get a buggy down one.”
“The store is spacious and well-lit, making it easy to navigate. The shelves are organized, so finding what you need is simple. I'm really appreciative of the affordable prices for cards and wrapping products. There are no self-checkout options available. The parking lot is quite large, which makes parking easy. Additionally, there is a wheelchair-accessible entrance and designated parking spots.”
“Understaffed like most businesses right now. They only had one cashier, but she was a rockstar! Checked us out really fast with 67 items. My kids love Dollar tree because they have a lot of activities for $1.”

“As someone who was originally a customer when I first came to the area, I didnt care for the store. The employees were rude and the store was a mess. But now under new management, you can see a tramendous inprovenent in the store and change in the atmosphere. The worse thing now is the people who shop there.”
“This is my FAVORITE dollar tree because of Ms. Linda! She's so wonderful! She always has a smile on her face, always helpful, and always has a kind word. I don't think people really realize how much the people that work for you make a difference in your store. I know that every since they got an actual manager that it has not made a positive impact on the store. I feel as though it went better when Ms Linda was the supervisor she wasn't even the manager, but the employees respected her, and so does her clientele. There are a lot of new faces it's unfortunate that they do not have the same work ethic nor personality as Ms Linda. I love seeing her! She brightens my day when I see her!! It matters when people recognize you and say hi ask you how you're doing. That is something you don't get everywhere. It's something that these big corporations take for granted. They don't realize how much their staff keeps people coming back to their store especially when they're so many locations. I go out of my way to go there just because I love seeing Ms Linda and she's SO SWEET!!!! She truly goes the extra mile and I just want to give her the acolytes she deserves! Make sure she stays because she's the face of that store!!!!”

“I feel sorry for the poor clerk who is on the register, there’s only one. That’s it, one, even if there is 20 people in line, one cashier. Be prepared to wait forever if you have a quick stop or plan to be there a while.”
