We were in Little Rock for a medical appointment and woke up to a flat tire. BOO! This tire place was the first one we saw and we were welcomed with smiles and a friendly greeting. The staff was very professional, listened to what our needs were and got us taken care of in a timely manner. Shout out to Chris for being a friendly face on a day when we truly needed it! Keep up the amazing work guys!

Thought they were trustworthy. Brought my car here 3 times for EVAP problems which they never fixed. They just wanted the ticket to be closed because the problem never got fixed. All together spent $1000 with them. They Told me to go to the dealer because it might be a wiring or computer problem, but I went and got a second opinion from another shop turns out they broke one of my hoses and used tape to fix it. Will never come here again I wouldn’t trust them to do nothing more than brakes and Oil changes. Lesson learned!
*Update- owner did reach out to try and fix the problem, but it has already been taken care of!

I let this sit for a few weeks - it is auto repair after all, you want to see how it ages after the work! - and everything has held up great. These folks are everything you want when your breaks go out. Hopefully that never happens to you, but if it DOES, they'll get you taken care of. So my breaks went out, and I called my dealership (who I've gone to for maintenance and repairs for years) and wasn't able to reach anyone. At all. I called Discount Tire & Break because of a long history of excellent reviews, and not only did I reach someone immediately, but that someone was knowledgeable, prompt, and said they could get me a spot as soon as I could get my car in. I drove on in (extremely carefully, like you do when your breaks are basically shot) and they were terrific. Prompt service, up-front and honest communication, and they did great work. Can't recommend it enough. *My dealership did get back to me as I was *leaving* DT&B, and said they could maybe get me in in two days. My car is the family car with the car seats in it, and I had to pick up my kids that day - obviously that wasn't an option. Luckily Discount Tire & Break was there when I needed them.

The first time I went there, they tried to make me pay without giving me a quote on the replacement part I needed. The second time I went there, I said I just wanted to have a tire patched, not replaced. I came to get my patched tire, and they replaced it without telling me. This business is crooked with nothing but bait and switch business. I would extremely recommend nobody ever go here.

Best experience ever - in town briefly for a funeral and ended up with 3 flat tires the night before (funeral in the morning about an hour out of Little Rock). I called at 7:20 a.m. - they answered the phone and assured me they could get 3 tires if needed. Once the tow truck got me to the Kanis Road location, Dylan and Ken and the other staff in the shop verified that all 3 tires had been slashed, got the tires from the warehouse, and had them installed ASAP! I was on the way to the funeral in just over an hour - made it just 15 minutes late. Everyone at this location was top-notch: professional, efficient, helpful & compassionate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I seriously can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’ve taken a number of cars from my office fleet as well as my personal vehicles here and I’m always happy with the service. I have run here twice for a tire emergency and they were clear and quick with repairs each time. This is seriously the only place I’d recommend someone go to for fast, honest, and reliable vehicle maintenance/repair!!
