I have utilized Dent Doctor several times over the course of decades for a number of automobiles. However, I have to admit that I'm quite impressed with the work they completed this past week. In contrast to other collision businesses that gave me quotes, the price was excellent and the work was provided quickly. I hope to avoid any more minor collisions, but if I do, I'll be more inclined to do more business with them. I'm grateful to everyone who worked on my SUV! Thank you all..?

This place is amazing!!! I took my car to three different places. I went to Service King and they quoted me a price almost $1,800 for a six inch scratch. No dents just a SIX INCH SCRATCH. I took it to the dealer and they quoted me an estimate of $2,800!!! Again for a SIX INCH SCRATCH!! I was referred to Dent Doctor by my uncle. I am forever grateful to him. Dent Doctor did an amazing job. His price was a thousand to two thousand dollars difference. You cannot tell my door was scratched. The people there are very friendly. Call Dent Doctor first and you won’t call anyone else!!!

This week I had fairly minor scrape on a narrow panel beneath my car door repaired and painted by Dent Doctor, and I couldn't be more pleased by the fine work they did, the short amount of time it took, and the very reasonable price. In addition, the people who work there are friendly, honest, easy to talk to, and they pay close attention detail.

After getting my estimate I made an appt to drop off my car to be fixed while I was out of town. Owner called me while traveling and could not find my est and didn’t have the details of my repair. Owner did not explain the full repair details and my car was not completely repaired. Then I was told it would not be ready on time and then I called back and it would be ready on time . Owner argued with me and would not complete the repair for the estimated price. My car had more scratches when picked up and dirty inside. I have used dent dr for 3 repairs in the past but never again! Horrible customer service and owner. DO NOT Use!

I would like to thank Mr. Tom for fixing the bumper on my car. What is damaged a car accident and looked pretty rough but now it is good as new I will definitely be returning for service! I don't know what to say, brought my vehicle in for inspection and quote never heard back after a week I called to follow up and they said they lost my paperwork. I went in person with a check from insurance and they gave me an excuse that it would be 6-8 weeks but another customer was getting quotes for the next week. Receptionist tried to email my insurance quote without asking for permission after she looked over it. Great thing about America is if someone is unprofessional you can go somewhere else and get the service you deserve. Not here y'all been warned.
