Took my printer here becuase I had a clogged nozzle…. He kept my printer for almost 3 weeks and never called to give me an update or anything. So I decided to jsut show up and there was my printer jsut sitting there after he told me he would look at it the same day…. After he spoke he told me he did a few flushes and wasn’t able to get it unclogged….and so all I would owe is $50 for his effort… I was very disappointed and jsut took my printer home…. So after that I sent it to the dealer I actually bought it from to see what the issue was… come to find out they said the printhead had been delaminate and was no longer good, that’s whoever had it before flushed it too hard and blew the printhead… a $1000 printhead that now I’m a out of and he has no remorse or nothing for messing up my printer even worse then what is was… if he couldn’t fix it all they had to do was say so and leave it along..

Took my computer here when it wouldn't boot on Thursday. After attempting to resolve by replacing the SSD, Rick calls me Friday morning letting me know it's the motherboard causing the issue. After confirming, a replacement motherboard was ordered. Had my computer back fixed and cleaned Monday afternoon. Works great now, thank you!

They are honest, good people. They have fixed anything I've given them over the years and I've never had a problem with them or with their work. Service is usually 2-3 days turn around.
