This place likes to text people telling them their prescriptions are ready and then after they come up there and wait in line for 30 minutes they finally get to the window to get told it won’t be ready today. This place likes to play with you and waste your time.Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Gwen from the pharmacy, Hass to be the rudest person I’ve ever seen. She lacks customer service, and has no business being in at workplace, such as the one she’s in.

The reviews are correct about how long is use to take for medication to be ready and I would have to wait several days, but since the kind Pharmacist Dr. Kofi started working here, I saw incredible improvement. He works soo hard, pays attention to the Drive thru, and to his customers in the lobby waiting area. Kofi is always very nice, answers all my questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure I get my medication or all my questions answered. Thankful to have this Pharmacist at my pharmacy location I have been coming to. Thank you for working so hard to help everyone and being so patient while you do it.

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Prescriptions are never ready when you arrive even after they notify you. The drive thru is pointless because they have a sign stating to come inside because the technicians have not returned. This place needs to be shutdown or staffed with individuals that give a damn. I will take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The office hours are said to be 8 am - 7 pm, but at 8:10 am no pharmacist showed up. Later I called several times the pharmacy to check if a refill prescription is ready to pick up, no pharmacist picked up the calls. An automatic answer phone is frustrating...

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used spanning 6 states. The app is useless and would never show most of my prescriptions. Almost every time I had to wait in the drive-through, it was a 30 minutes- 1 hour wait, and multiple times the drive-through was closed completely. The wait inside wasn’t any better, and more often than not the employees were pretty rude all the time. And forget about getting anybody to actually answer the phone in the pharmacy.

The pharmacist will close during pharmacy business hours. They’re extremely rude and lazy here, that’s why it’s no surprise they have such terrible reviews.

I don't like how long it takes each time just to pick up prescriptions that are already ready for pickup. Most of the time at least 15-30 minutes. Sometimes the staff is kinda rude. The drive thru is almost impossible. It's close to home though and it's on my insurance's list of pharmacies. Don't want to leave but I don't want to stay either. We'll see ?

CVS gives a discount on their rewards program that is a perk about it, but I don't like that the cashier can be rude dealing someone with a disability and the pharmacy is alright.

Horrible… I entered pharmacy @ 6:45pm, mind you the closing time is 7pm. The tech says “we’re closed”… The drive thru is closed earlier than that. If anyone is entering any type of business BEFORE closing time you should always be OPEN for business…

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Staff is extremely slow and ignore the customers at all costs. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and no one would acknowledge I was there. I even waved and got looked at and still ignored. And they can't say they are short staffed because I saw 3-4 people in there working which is about how many are at any pharmacy. Also wasn't their "closed for lunch" time. I was there an hour before that.

The ladies working are great, especially Yasmin (sorry if I misspelled your name) and they are doing their best.CVS is failing them though. They are being overworked and doing the job of many.I have been here for over an hour waiting on meds that said they were ready. My insurance also got messed up in the system.There are people in line that are in dire need of their meds, but nothing can be done.This one star is not because of the employees - it is because CvS is failing them and their customers.
