I have used Cross Tire several times over the last 20 years, including yesterday. They have always been wonderful and I can't say enough good things about them. Customer service is top notch!

I had them do a wheel alignment (after getting new tires) and was told that I needed $1500 suspension repairs before they could successfully align my vehicle. They attempted the alignment (which I was charged for) and they said the results showed excessive negative front right camber (-1.3 degrees instead of the required -0.7), and they were unable to fix this due to worn struts. They then pressured me to book in with them for the required $1500 suspension work to avoid damage/wear. I was suspicious of their advice so I went to a different shop for a second opinion/alignment. Those people were able to do a perfect alignment with no issue whatsoever (all readings were green and within tolerance), and more importantly, they made no mention of needing any suspension repairs. Also, Cross Tire's alignment was way off for L,R and Total Front Toe - they had set it up so that I would get uneven wear on both front tires...which would have supported their claim of needing suspension work. It seems to me that Cross Tire tried to scam me into unnecessary suspension work, intentionally misaligned my wheels, or their technician is incompetent, or their alignment machine needs re-calibration. In any case, I won't be asking them to do any future work on my vehicles.

This place is a scam, $200 on ONE TIRE for it to go flat A WEEK later with warranty for them to still want extra money for a new tire. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

I had a set of stock steel wheels powder coated white to match my ‘71 Chevy truck. Cross Tire Pros remounted my tires on my wheels without a single scuff or scratch on the wheels. I could tell they cared about doing a good job and making sure I was pleased with the result - and they didn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for a quality tire shop in LR, you can’t go wrong with them.

Edit: I spoke too soon. When we got home and the nail was still in our tire, and it is still leaking. The tire was placed in the bed of our truck. It has not been driven on since my husband took it off of our car. They didn't charge us, so we are hopeful that it was just an oversight. However, we still need to get our tire fixed... somewhere.
These guys have restored my faith in mechanics/humanity. My husband took a tire in to get patched (it had a nail.) They didn't charge us anything, just asked us to remember them for future needs. They have indeed earned our return business.

We actually stopped here in early June. I've never left a review for any business, but we had such a good experience here, I had to. We started the second day of our road trip with a nail in our tire. We're not at all familiar with the area, so I'm grateful for all the Google reviews. I'm glad that this is the tire shop we decided to stop at. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our tire couldn't be patched, so it had to be replaced. They thankfully had a tire the size we needed and had it on our van and us back on the road pretty quickly. I don't know if they will see this, but we greatly appreciate your kindness.

Went into Cross Tire Pros for a flat tire simply because it was close to my location at time of flat. I had never been there. Pleasantly surprised at cleanliness, professional staff and fast service. Despite far from my location, I will use them again if needed.

Excellent service. I had a slow leak in my tire and they fixed it free of charge. Staff very polite and professional. I had never been here before but will definitely go back.
