Not for me but for my wife. She had a stupid iPhone for starters and I told her we (Android users) will welcome her with open arm if she came back. It was a tear jerking moment but she did the smartest thing by coming back to Android. The store was helpful

STILL SCAMMING!!So my issue is not the phone. No my issue is still the complete lie of the sale of the phone. I worked there before at Geyer Springs and in Benton and some stores will lie and tell you that you can get a discount with certain accessories but they remove the activation charge of 25$. I expressly told my sister to decline the multiple accessories offered to avoid the overall tax just to boost their sales because I already bought my own, also unprompted adding to “cricket protect” which they throw on pretty much every phone for 8$ or more now who knows.She ignored my sister still adding on the accessories, using the old excuse of “not being able to refund once it’s gone through”.I left Geyer Springs because they would lie and say certain phones could only get the 55$ month and 60$ month plan to boost their numbers. They refused to sale lower plans even to those with little money or those who like to save it. It was against my morals to step on good hardworking people.They’re scammers it’s what they do. Decent service but remember to ask questions and check your receipts to see what they added without your knowledge. If you don’t want accessories it’s fine just get the name of the phone you want and order off Amazon or check for it cheaper somewhere else and just get the phone from them.They need to be investigated for malpractice and all sued for theft who participate in it.

Miss Rochelle here is a liar and a scammer. She lies about giving discounts and gives you extra things that cost extra money without telling you and then says they aren't refundable. Truly unprofessional.
