Very friendly knowledgeable staff members that helped us e-activate our new phones. Quick in and out process. We spent over 20 years with a major carrier and have been with Cricket for 6 months and have been extremely happy with the service and especially the money we have saved. Same bill every month without all the hidden fees!!
