It's so refreshing to come into a store and actually get competent customer service. Brezzy has a super great attitude and her knowledge of the products is exceptional!! I will from this day forward always come to see Brezzy for my cricket needs; so if she leaves, expect me to do the same!

On April 10th around 1pm at the Geyer Springs store I entered and noticed that there were 10 or so customers waiting in line and only one employee in the store. My first thought was darn ? but I needed a new phone and cell service so I got in line. My little Maltess dog Baxter (6 Lbs) a registered service dog was in my arms as always. After 10 minutes of waiting I hear someone yelling "WE DON'T ALLOW ANIMALS IN HERE"! I looked up and it was the lady yelling at me from behind the counter. Baxter has 1.5 million views on Google and has been welcomed into establishments all over Central Arkansas with open arms. I didn't answer her or waist my time to explain anything to her, because she was aggressive, rude and unfair by yelling at me. I don't waist my time with ignorance. By the way there's a Boost Mobile across the street and they welcomed Lil-man Baxter in with open arms and I walked out with a new phone and cell service.

Like shopping in a foreign country or something. Store front looks dingy and unkept. Prices are jacked up. Cricket ? can do much better than that.

They sure do take care of me. When I talked to another provider, who was offering a way to be a little cheaper, cricket reminded me that their service doesn't slow down nearing the bill due date.

I hope the owner of the store is reading this review. As a business owner, I encourage you to frequent your store more or pay people to go in and evaluate the level of quality of service of your staff. Even though the Governor has opened all of the businesses, they only allow five people in the store at one time. You can go to the grocery store, club, restaurants, there's more than five people so why not open the door for your customers? It's an insult for people to stand outside. As customers we're taking just as much risk coming to you as you are coming to work. I arrived at the store at 7:50 p.m. and they refused to sell me a phone. I bet the owner owner of that store wouldn't have turned money away. Retail establishments make money on the product sold. The people working in the store have no sense of service. A lady named Tiffany told me that they were not taking any more sales orders at 7:50 p.m. If my phone was working I would have taken pictures inside of the store to time stamp the time that I was there and posted the photos! I would be surprised if this store stays open another 5 years especially since Boost Mobile moved across the street. Speaking of which I was able to go to boost Mobile and purchase a phone. It's one thing about phones and services people have a choice. If you choose to stay with Cricket I would encourage you to patronize the cricket phone geyer Springs closer to 65th or on University. I'm going to contact the Secretary of State's office to locate the franchisee and make every effort to contact the owner of the store to express my frustrations.
