Went to this location today to get my two accounts merged together, the store manager Briannen M couldn’t explain to me why I was being charged and then proceeded to be disrespectful, so then proceeded to tell em to leave so I decided to tell her if she wanted me to leave and couldn’t explain why she charged me to merge two lines together then call the police cause I would not leave until she could explain to me. She said I was banned from the location and never to come back, but crazy thing is, a store manager can’t ban you from a location only the police can, awful service awful customer service and it’s sad cause all the other lady’s in the store are very kind and respectful, and the store manager is very disrespectful and needs to be fired immediately. Might I add you would think she could afford something other than some glue on nails since she was a store manager but I guess them cheap nails fit her cheap attitude.
I will reach out personally to the district manager, and get this lady fired. She deserves nothing but that.

This location sold my sister-in-law, a woman suffering from multiple strokes with no language ability, a phone at the behest of her caregiver, without knowledge of her guardian. The caregiver was someone we had never met before who was sent out by Home Instead to help her buy groceries. The entire transaction was done by the caregiver using my sister er-in-law’s debt card. I came earlier today to try to return the phone with the debit card used. My first visit the woman who sold my sister-in-law the phone said she was so sorry she sold the phone to her and that they would happily return the purchase of the phone. She asked I come back later in the day when there was enough money in the register to do the transaction. Apparently, they can not reverse charges...Upon returning several hours later and waiting in line for somewhere between 45 minutes in an hour, the same lady called her supervisor who denied the transaction. I was told that the caregiver, (that I may never see again) would have to be the one to return the phone and that none of the package expenses they up-sold my incompetent sister-in-law would be returned.I am baffled by the lack and professionalism and rudeness shown by the virtual store manager. Yes, the caregiver was partially at fault, but this business blatantly took advantage of a mentally impaired woman and will not take any responsibility for allowing a sales clerk in-training to take advantage of her. Indeed, the manager seems quite happy with the sale...
