I wanted to share my positive experience buying my first camper from Shea and the team at Jayco. Shea was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy for me. She took the time to understand my preferences and was able to find a camper that fit within my desired price range. I appreciated her attentiveness and dedication to meeting my needs.Although there was a minor hiccup with a printer issue causing some delays, I have no complaints about the overall experience. Not only was Shea helpful, but the entire team at Jayco was friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Their excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable.I want to express my gratitude to Shea and the team at Jayco for making my first camper purchase a pleasant one. Thank you for your exceptional service and for ensuring that I had a positive experience.

Just bought a brand new 2024 Jayco. From start to finish…the experience was fantastic. From Cody (our salesman), to his manager, Steve, to the Finance Manager, Gary! They were all so easy to work with. Even the Service department did a great job getting it ready for delivery. Highly recommend!

Very good experience with Josh Hudelson as our salesperson! He was up front and honest and fought for us to get the best price for my mom’s travel trailer. He did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need, which I was very appreciative of. I came in doing my own research and he respected that!

I wasn't really in the market for anything, and then I met Hector. The guy with tattoos. Amazing! He's new but man, his eagerness, honesty, and product knowledge has my wife and I moving finance to purchase the 16 footer.. once he started talking I wanted to go with the BIG ONE but he steered me in the right direction. He could have made more money selling the bigger one, but he knew that wouldn't be right for my family's needs . Strongly recommended..go see Hector!!!

We purchased our first camper at Jayco of Little Rock, and it was a great experience. Cody (sales), Gary and Steve (finance), and Wolf (parts and service) were all easy, pleasant to deal with, and knowledgeable. We plan to service our camper here, and if we ever buy another, Jayco of LR will be our first stop.

Wonderful experience. Enjoyed our salesperson, Shea, she was very informative and friendly. Not pushy, but very educated about our inquiries. I live in Hot Springs, but I wanted to see what was there to see, so I dropped by. I'll be checking back with her later next week.

Karen our saleswoman was pleasant. Very knowledgeable about the RVs on the lot. Easy to work with. Not pushy. Our new RV was ready when she said it would be. So why not 5 stars? There seemed to be a lot of wait time once we were ready to buy. I have no idea why.

Bought a new RV a month ago. Gave them 3 weeks heads up on our pick up date, put down a large deposit to confirm we were buying this unit. We were looking at the same rv at a different dealership and there was some issues. So on the phone I was very clear to go over everything to make sure all is up to par before we arrived. We were assured many times that it was gone over with a fine tooth comb. Drove 5 hours to go pick it up. Arrived Monday morning at 8:30. We didn't leave until 4:30 because they hadn't done anything. Drove home only to find a local dealer on the way home and drop it off. Which they called today and said it would be another 4-6 weeks to get parts in. Trailer wiring harness was zip tied and not working. So we drove 5 hours without trailer breaks. There was a water leak inside. The skirting on outside was broken. Blinds were warped. Hitch motor was burned up and not working. The sold me one hitch and installed a different one at a cheaper price. The guy didn't even know how to install it. He was reading the instructions and my 5 year old said - "Isn't that kind of bad when the guy who installs them doesn't know how to install one." Very disappointed. They never apologized. They never tried to make it right. So glad I purchased a brand new trailer so it can just go sit at a dealership for 2 months. We had multiple trips already planned and paid for RV sites and now we don't get to use those and we are losing our money down on those spots. It is absolutely ridiculous the integrity of this dealership.

We bought our travel trailer here the very end of March. It was a fiasco from the start. They sold us the wrong trailer but thankfully we figured it out late that night and were able to fix it before the paperwork was turned in to the finance company. When we went to pick the trailer up we had to ask for the keys because they didn’t say anything about giving us any. We were told to go inside and ask for our blue bag. Needless to say they gave us the wrong one, even after showing them the paperwork for the correct trailer. It was for the camper that we first signed paperwork on (the wrong one). After getting the trailer home we hooked it up to power and it sat until our fist trip at the end of May. That’s when we realized that the refrigerator wasn’t working. After some investigation we found burnt wires on the board. We called and called until someone FINALLY called us back and were told to bring it in. When we brought it to Crain they said they didn’t know who we spoke to and that the next available appointment was in August. After explaining things they agreed to put the trailer on the schedule and the service manager said it would be ready on June 22nd. We dropped it off on June 2nd.I called yesterday and today (June 20th) and couldn’t get anyone to ever pick up the phone so I drove a hour to Benton to get some answers. We were told that it wouldn’t be ready until July as they just ordered the parts on Friday the 16th.I would not recommend buying a rv from Crain RV and I would highly suggest not using the service department. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy and unorganized.

Me and my fiance purchased a Jayco camper here. We had a host of issues the first day, but the staff ended up making it right on the second day.Day 1, we came in knowing exactly which one we wanted, and we were quickly shown the camper and got the process rolling. After signing paperwork, things started to slow down and communication from the staff was lacking. We were not advised or questioned about any of the necessary hitch, brake controller, or wiring on the vehicle. After quite a delay, the staff started to prep the trailer for us and we left for lunch. Long story short, we returned and ran into numerous issues that should have been addressed earlier in the day, including vehicle wiring, the wrong size hitch, and needing a brake controller. We were not able to take the camper with us, and we stayed in a hotel nearby, not knowing if we were going to be able to take the camper home at all.We feel the issues on the first day were caused by the dealership being short staffed, and the fact that there was an obvious lack of knowledge of trailer equipment and hookups. This is obviously very disappointing, but we feel that is was just bad luck and staffing/knowledge issues. On the 2nd day, we had nothing but excellent service from the additional staff that was there. They waived the cost of the brake controller, plug, and additional wiring for our vehicle. We felt that this was appropriate for the oversight and lack of communication the previous day. There were many more knowledgeable staff that gave us in-depth knowledge about the camper, hitch, and more. It was a completely different place from the first day, and was a positive experience.Terrance, our sales rep, was very friendly and communicative. We felt that he advocated for us, despite being new to RV sales. The absolute standout star of the staff was the Steve, the General Sales Manager. He walked us through every step of the process on the 2nd day, and absolutely hooked us up and made everything right. If you go here and have a problem, Steve is the guy to talk to.

Very pleasant experience start to finish! Karen Franks helped us pick out exactly what size camper we needed based on what we told her we would be doing with it. No pressure at all, and everyone at the Crain team worked with us so well as we were living in Texas at the time relocating back to Arkansas. Special thank you to Steve! Simple and smooth process!
