Great waitress, rooms a little musky, top sheet on the sofa sleeper looked used and did not use it. Had the same issue with another location too!!
Food and drinks: Pizza not so great! Sofa sleeper not so clean

It has a bar/restaurant with good food. The rooms were clean. They don't offer room amenities like Bodywash, toothpaste, etc. but it is a good place to stay and not too far from airport.

Sharell at your main phone was so kind and made arrangements to mail clothing items left in room. We enjoyed the room and the breakfast. The front desk personnel were so positive and helpful.
Nearby activities: Loved the two breweries within walking distance.

We booked Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential in Little Rock, AR, using American Airlines Points as part of our trip from Oklahoma to South Carolina. Initially, we were a little concerned about the area, as it seemed a bit rough, and we noticed a faint cannabis smell in the lobby. However, once we checked in and got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, and very quiet. Overall, it ended up being a great stay, and we weren’t disappointed with the hotel at all.

We stopped for a night on a quick trip through Little Rock. The location was so convenient. The hotel facility was very nice and our room was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the continental breakfast. It did not measure up to the quality of the hotel. I would give a 4.5 if possible but the options are a 4 or 5....so it's a 4.

So rooms are ok. The damage that has been patched up is very obvious. Holes in walls, cracks in ceiling, etc. The rooms are not cleaned to any sort of standard. Very little vacuuming, no counter or surface wipe down, only new towels and tightening of bed clothes and pillow arrangement some days. The staff was great, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was awful. Just awful. Location is convenient for freeway access. Sounds of gunshots add a nice touch to the ambiance.

Location and price is AWESOME!
Rooms: Very clean and cozy
Nearby activities: Bill Clinton Presidential Library Museum and 15mi Park
Safety: Front Desk called to make sure our vehicle was closed and locked as the back hatch was open to an SUV. We own a Pickup Truck and went down to check it out and it was another vehicle.
Walkability: Walking distance to Bill Clinton Presidential Library Museum

This hotel is a surprisingly good find. It’s clean, service was great, and the location was great. It was secure for my motorcycle overnight.
Shelby, the bartender, was awesome but the management left her hanging with a poorly stocked bar. Yet she worked hard to overcome and accommodate. Now, those chicken tenders on the menu are disgusting. It’s not hard to find quick serve chicken tenders, but these are terrible. Skip them if you’re tempted. I ordered six and only managed to eat two.
Overall this hotel is a slice above.
