Tabatha was extremely helpful with both the shuttle service, and helping with someone who isn’t arriving until later (thanks to the airport losing the bag!!) - very thankful for her help tonight

The mgr is rude and trashy . The way she speaks to her employees and to people on the phone is deplorable like an episode of Jerry Springer . There are also large dogs loose in the lobby behind the counter which is definitely not mentioned anywhere on the website

We stopped here for the night while traveling through, and we were so impressed by how friendly the staff was and how clean the rooms were. We were going to take a different route on our return trip, but we were so impressed by the staff that we decided to make a return stop on the way back through. The free breakfast is delicious too!
Rooms: The rooms are serviced daily, which is something you don't see everywhere nowadays. Room was spotless

I got stuck in Little Rock, plane had issues. Very clean, staff very friendly. Bar and grill had a nice menu. Nice breakfast included in the morning. Shuttle pick up and return to airport in a timely manner.

We stayed in this hotel for our short stay in Little Rock. We picked this location due to it being close to the airport. We reserved the room through booking.com. When we arrived late that evening, there was an older couple ahead of us checking in. After they got their room key and went to their room. The employee at the desk greeted us nicely. The check in process was easy as can be. They advised us of where our room was and what time the breakfast would be opened. We took the elevator to the 5th floor. Elevator was slow and had a really odd smell to it. Once we arrived on our floor, the older couple that was checking in ahead of us, were waiting for the elevator to go back to the front desk. They stated that the room the hotel gave them (with a key) already had people staying in that room. Those people were woken up by the older couple trying to get in, but yelled wrong room to them. But they opened the room with the key that was given to them. As my wife was talking to them, I tried our hotel room, which was right next to the elevator. Neither of two keys that were given to us would open the door. I went to the front desk with the older couple. After they gave the older couple a new room, I told the front desk of our issue. They apologized and reprogrammed the room key. I went back to the 5th floor to open our door, and those keys didn’t open the door either. Do I went back to the front desk. They apologized again and gave me a different room of less value as I paid for the two king size beds. I was given two queen beds. The front desk employee that evening was great, the only thing that bugged me was the blame was put on someone else that wasn’t working at the time. We did our stay that evening, but the room was old, and smelled like it. Some of lights didn’t even work. The pillows were so small, like you would have them on a couch. E stayed because it was very late at night/early in the morning. We had another reservation for the same hotel two nights later. Now I spoke to the front desk employee later that morning. Now that employee basically put the blame on me for the fact the first room didn’t open. She said it worked for her. She wasn’t working when we arrived, but knew of the issue we had. She knew of our other reservations for the next day. But stated because we booked through booking.com, we weren’t going to get a refund of any kind. She did apologize, but again she made the situation as if it was my fault. So I decided to eat the cost of the room, and got a reservation at a different hotel. I hope they use my money I spent to retrain that employee. Update the elevator and rooms. But we’ll never stay there again. Now I hope your stay goes better. But if there is any issues, they may just make you feel like a stupid person, say they are sorry and just keep your money. We stay in a lot of different hotels in our travels, but this location provided us with a new low bar. I give them a negative star

The eving desk guy with dreadlocks was horrible customer service. He did not make eye contact. Was not friendly. Just was a great check in process.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Respectful staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Will definitely utilize this hotel again in the future

Rooms: The rooms are very comfortable… the staff is great. Jodi the manager is a good woman she will do her best to give you what you need.. her staff is great too they all seem very friendly and helpful it’s a very comfortable place to stay…. Hey Jodi keep up the good work

The only reason I put 4, is because ALL of the hotel staff were on their phones constantly and it felt as if we were interrupting there time. No one was rude, just a little off-ish.
Rooms: Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Very nice.

Everyone was super nice. I loved how close it was to the airport, and it was easy to get to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and thermostat worked great. The lady, and I feel bad because I don't remember her name, who worked at the restaurant, was so friendly. I really appreciated it and no one could be in a bad mood around her. It was a great stay!!
