I got my hair cut here twice. Nice people who seem to be knowledgeable about hair, but I experienced unclear prices and rushed visits.The first haircut, I thought the stylist did all she could to deliver a great cut, and the appointment lasted about 30 minutes. I was surprised when she charged me $50 for the cut because the website lists $33. I thought, "my bad, I should've clarified before." So I paid, left a $10 tip, and moved on.The second haircut, I called beforehand to grab a walk-in appointment and to clarify that I'd like to get only a cut, no wash or style for the price listed on the website. The haircut only lasted 15 minutes, so it felt very rushed. I felt surprised again when she told me it would be $35 today. Only a $2 difference, so it wasn't as big of a deal, but the experience felt like she made up a random amount.Personally, ambiguity with pricing and services is difficult for me. I wish they would be clear about the price and that they'd spend a little more time on the cuts, especially if they are going to be $50+. A printed menu or specific options communicated through a sign would be so helpful.I would recommend Clips for a kid or teen who needs a simple cut. I wouldn't recommend Clips for an attentive appointment or to change styles.

Our hair dresser was extremely rude to my 8 yo daughter who was trying her best to stay still and was doing a pretty good job. She didn’t give proper instructions on how to stay still and frequently outwardly showed her frustration with her in front of me. Never coming here again.Service: Haircut

Today I took my son to get a haircut here, nothing important only to reduce the length of his hair, the price was $ 25, $ 10 more than the normal price in any other CLIP establishment and about the quality I got a sample of how it was they shear sheep.

Unbelievable. I did my part - booked an appointment, put it on my calendar, arrived early. I took note of the text reminder of my appointment sent by he salon the day before. Arrived at 4:20 for my 4:30 appointment and the doors were locked. No contact by the stylist or salon to reschedule or alert me of a needed closure. Guess they wanted to start their weekend early. Can’t comment on their quality since this was supposed to be my first visit, but their professionalism gets 0/5.

Christy Eslick is the best!! I go all over Little Rock getting my hair done because my schedule is so crazy that I just go to whoever can take me. I always get a bad color and cut and guess who fixes it for me every time!!! Yep- Christy. I had paid $180 at Carter Miller in Hillcrest by my home. Worst color job ever and sent owner pics.She said to come back in and it would cost an extra $180 to get it as light as I wanted it. ? it was horrible!!! Worst service ever. Why is it that Christy can get it as light as I want it every single time and does it all in one visit for $125 and it’s perfect?!?! Don’t go anywhere else people. I live in Hillcrest so I’ve been to all of the fancy schmancy high rent district salons with beautiful decor in heights and hillcrest…..don’t waste your money.Go see Christy. I have finally learned my lesson.Services: Haircut
