Upon paying for my items and fuel I simply asked may I get my receipt l, I asked in those words directly and nicely. RENITA is the name on the receipt but the lady refused to provide her name after getting an attitude and getting loud and saying I had one. I’m sorry asking for my receipt of my purchase nicely is having an attitude. I have avoided this store unless I can’t make it somewhere else this is my third time here and each time I have met extremely rude workers. I’ll gladly take my 3k a month in my personal diesel truck and spend it somewhere else if this is how circle k will be ran.

I hate when a nasty person ruin my experience in an establishment Monica whom states she is the Manger would weather lose a customer then do what is customer service. I come to this store at least 3-4 times a week. The store manger that works in the morning ( wears regular clothing ) stated ice in my own cup was no cost. Every time I come in I’m buying something. So I don’t just come in get ice and leave. No one charges me for ice no one but Monica. I tried to explain to her but her over bearing attitude took over her common sense. “ I’m not going to argue with you” ma’am I’m trying to explain and you refuse to listen tell me she is the manager but Him ( what’s on his name tag) said she don’t know this her first day. Needless to say I deleted the app. I will just Go to Exxon. Make sure Monica wearing the same red shirt as Him get a raise for running off a customer.

Starting to dramatically go down Hill. they opened strong but staff has poor work ethic and coolers are already broke and have been broke for over a month. Products don't come in regularly and rewards members are rushed and not given there discounts. Please don't rush your customers out the door because you want to get back to your movies, music and phone calls. Edit to 1 star

Great store! I work down at HMS and I stop here everyday for lunch. My food is always hot and fresh. The workers are always moving quick and I'm not just waiting in a long line half of my break like I would have to at any other store. I will continue to be a returning customer as long as the great service continues. Whomever the managers and assistant managers maybe hired on helluva team. Keep up the good work...

Very rude and mean, assistant manager she was going off on her coworker (young Indian man I believe), and arguing with him and said she didn’t care about his religion or anything like that. And this is no way to treat your workers or to act in front of customers. Also, you should always respect someone’s religion, even if you don’t agree with it Absolutely ridiculous.! Anyone acting like that towards their workers and coworkers should not be an assistant manager of anything
