During my travels from Massachusetts to Las Vegas, I stopped at your Circle K location at approximately 2:00 AM to refuel my vehicle. Upon completing my purchase, I requested to use the restroom and was denied access. Shortly thereafter, a police officer entered the premises and was promptly provided with a key to the restroom without making any purchase.
As a patron who had just made a purchase at your establishment, and moreover, as a veteran of the United States military who served in Afghanistan, I found this incident to be extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I understand that businesses may have policies regarding restroom use, particularly during late hours. However, the inconsistent application of such policies, as evidenced by the preferential treatment given to the police officer, is unacceptable.
This experience has left me with a negative impression of your brand. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be sharing my experience with others to advise them to avoid this establishment.

Restroom was closed for no apparent reason. Whether or not they were still serving hot food I didn't notice. Closed restrooms for arbitrary, inadequate or manufactured reasons are a HUGE pet peeve of mine. Ever since COVID businesses have been using their not wanting to clean restrooms as a reason to keep them effectively permanently closed and I have no doubt this was why these were closed. Furthermore, requiring purchases to use restrooms, though far less contemptible and way more understandable, is part of this trend.Update: As of Dec 15, 2023 the bathrooms were again (still?) "out of order" so I'm removing another star.Update as of Dec 22 the men's restroom is still closed. I placed my items to the side and walked out, never to return. You should do the same.Update #3: Dec 28 @ 1:09pm bathroom still "out of order" so still 1 star.
