Cameron is a nice guy and the oil changes are quick. That’s where the nice things end. The prices are extremely high now.. $600 for just labor to replace one engine coil(which they also marked up 100%), and they forgot to bolt it back down after. Come here if you’re rich and got a lot of free time to check over their work I guess.

I noticed a blinker light out today as I was driving past Christian Brothers. I called them to see if they had time to fix it, and they told me to come on in. It took less than five minutes, and they sent me on my way! Good people and friendly service! Thanks!!

First off, this was the ONLY place that would honor my service contract for my recently purchased used vehicle that I could find.. they took the time to deal with my provider and the customer service was PHENOMENAL!
They kept me updated every step of the way and I never had to call and bug them for an update! They called and had me approve work/pricing before doing anything the whole time! Very professional! I would say they are a little pricey but the customer service, peace of mind, quality work AND 3yr/36k mi warranty would make it WELL worth it if your paying out of pocket! They are speedy too! Had my car fixed within 24 hours of having it in their possession!
Lastly, they had a few suggestions at the end of service like a couple tires needing replacement soonish but didn’t try to push the sale and even reassured me that it could wait just wanted to be sure I knew to have that on my radar!
I’d give this place 10 ⭐️ if I could! Thank you guys for your work and professionalism!

Was just quoted $540 for a new battery and installation for a 2004 Buick Century. Went to Walmart and got it for $128 installed. Insulting guy at Christian Brothers told me car batteries are running that much these days. Too bad there’s not a “0” star rating available. Won’t be back.

The new management seems to working hard to restore the auto shops reputation. They are very nice and really trying to provide excellent service. I’m happy with their work so far.

I’ve used CBA for a transmission flush and I’ve had no problem with that. Where I have a problem with CBA is where they try to up charge you for every little service and claim it is because of labor and parts. A rear brake pad replacement should not cost nearly $700. The parts alone cost less than $150. Almost $140 for an oil change while every other location in LR does it for less than $100 (my car uses synthetic so I understand it may cost a little more) but that still doesn’t justify charging that much more than your competitors when you are using the same materials. Ridiculous.

My mom( bless her heart) took her car here and paid them 2002.00 to make repairs on her VW car. 7 day laters it started doing the same thing. She took it back and they told her “ we didn’t see you had another problem and that will be another 5094.00 dollars to fix it this time. Y’all they didn’t fix it the first time. She’s a senior citizen and they took advantage of her. Shame on you Christian brothers.

Can’t recommend any more. Changed owners and waited for 3hrs on oil change. Finally, went picked it up and left. So sad used to be so good.

Charged me $130 for an oil change but put NO OIL in my vehicle. If there was any issue with my car, they should’ve just left it alone because they are clearly inexperienced. I have the receipt from the car dealership at Jaguar showing no oil was put in. They turned around and did an oil change right behind them so it was a total waste of money. As soon as I left Christian Brothers, I took it to the dealership. They are blood thirsty just to charge your card and care nothing about customer service. The cashier at the counter even said he was unsure how much oil they put in. Inexperienced, careless staff.

Absolutely avoid this place, it is a dumpster ? fire. In the 45 minutes I sat there for service I watched and witnessed: the main boss man play on his phone in the back office and not tend to customers or handle customer complaints, the service manager quoted a customer wrong four different times, one customer leave because "She had been coming there for years and service has now tripled in price". The service manager had to comp another customer over $100 for a screw up his team did. All the staff complain because this isn't their "home" location. As an added bonus my car not even a week later blew oil all over my engine due to their lovely work that is going to cost me thousands that I will be seeking reimbursement for. Unless you want your car destroyed avoid these ?.

Don't think I will recommend them anymore because expierence has changed recently, maybe due to the new ownership now...not sure.Just one example is I have a thumping noise when I turn my steering wheel to the right. First guy says, oh yep I hear it. Only to call the next day and now they say they can't duplicate it. So I go back up there, this time with 2 of their employees, one who is recording it with his phone, so they now have video, can see and hear just by simply turning the steering wheel to the right and back center, the noise is easliy audible. Great they say, they will get handled. Next day, they claim is the noise went away. I go back up there and guess what....noise is still clear as day. Must only be while I am there, eh?Old ownership was quick to throw in a free oil change or do testing again for free after doing work to make sure everything was all good. Little things like that were much appreciated, but seem to a thing of the past now
