  The lady at the door was so kind, she greeted us and wanted to help us. However, the banker rudely told her that we would not be able to open an account unless we schedule an appointment because it takes 45 minutes to open (which is not true).

  The customer service at this location is worse than Comcast and att that rank near rock bottom of businesses.If you are looking for a bank, find a local bank ANY bank but this one. A one star rating is far more generous than it deserves.

  Absolutely amazing customer service! I felt bad calling as soon as they opened but they were amazing and answered of my questions! For anyone looking for anything simple or complex to ask they will absolutely help you figure it out! Thanks.
