we have had several things shipped through here. We recently had a pick up. We called and discussed the BOL with them, they said the class does not need to be filled out. Turns out it does or they charge you a extra fee of $35.00. The product was picked up on Monday, called for pro# and pay. They said another order was picked up but not our order. I have been trying to track down our order. Turns out they did pick it up on Monday, I found that trough a email with the BOL on Thursday they have had it since then.Nightmare, then I had a extra charge for it being a farm which it is not. They said they will take it off. They just changed the extra $125 farm charge to $125.00 residential charge. Be aware you get a quote they get your product you are at there mercy. By the way there is a fee of $50 dollar for every day they store it. So It has been at their warehouse most of the week. No one called and emailed that it was picked up even though it was on the BOL. Will never use again.

Poor driver on 221061. 6/30 he parked right in the middle of the driveway of a business. He walked nextdoor for lunch. When the driver returned an older man asked him to park on the side or in a better spot. The driver almost assaulted the old man. He was yelling and screaming and cursing. We almost had to call the Police on the Central Transport driver.

Central transport was responsible for delivering my packages via lift gate service to my residence between April 15th-20th. However those dates came and went, after multiple phone calls in which most of the time it rang for along time and then someone picked up without answering and hung up, many emails that weren’t informative, they finally advised me they wouldn’t know when they could delivery it, but gave me the option of driving to Little Rock. Even though it is over an hour away from me, I opted to go get it at the Little Rock distribution center, as it was now May 4th. Upon getting it, the packages were open and extremely damaged, the pallet looked like it was dropped off of a loading dock. I drove home opened the packages and realized I was missing some parts. I called Central Transport the next day got hung up on multiple times/ waited on hold for over a half an hour to get hung up on again, the manager informed me it was still there. I then drove again over an hour to get that package. The box was extremely damaged and the contents were damaged as well. The manager at the distribution center stated it showed up to their dock that way. I could’ve denied the packages, but what I ordered is sold out for the foreseeable future. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company and I will never order anything that uses them again.

My freight has been at the terminal for 9 days now. I am 37 minutes away. They don't answer their phone, I get on hold and get hung up on. I finally talked to a person, they could not get anyone at the terminal to answer the phone either, and they could not tell me why they've had it for 9 days without any attempt to deliver it. The absolute worst service.

The worst horrible shipping institution I have ever come across. Liars all! Could not unload cause ours was in front of trailer. 3/17/21- today it is 3/26/21 it is supposed to arrive. Not holding my breath. Can't get anyone on phone(left tons of mess.) get clipped message when emailed. Broke down was one excuse. Ha ha

This company is aweful...waited 4 days past my original del date and I had to meet them after hours because they couldn't del before the shop closed. Had to wait on hold 20 min each time I called to check the drivers progress and every day they assured me the driver would be there before the shop closed. I'll NEVER order from another place that uses these clowns for transport service!

This place has been holding my package for over a week now! People keeps hanging up after being on hold for 20 min. Was told I just have to wait for them to give me a call to set up a appointment for my shipment! I will never buy anything from anyone that uses this company!

DO NOT ship your freight with this company. If you make a simple mistake on the address, be prepared to be racked over the coals financially.

Horrible service. They are currently holding my shipment to NY hostage and will not even let us recover it using another carrier. Do not use them. I've been on hold for the last 10 minutes and no one has decided to answer the phone yet.

Home Depot used them to ship a stepladder to me. My ladder has been in Little Rock for nearly 2 weeks, but they have yet to schedule a delivery even after repeated contacts. I didn't have a choice of shipper, but if you do, I would suggest finding someone more responsive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP FREIGHT IF YOU WANT IT TO ARRIVE SAFELY!!! I shipped an item with Central Transport. We were told to take to the Little Rock terminal. After driving 2 hours, we arrived to find terminal gates locks and chained. After an hours of calling and holding, a truck driver arrived, but hesitated to help us get item shipped. After we refused to leave the terminal until item was processed for shipment, the trucker scanned it and gave me a Bill of Lading. Since day one, the item was shown as "Missing". They have been supposedly doing "dock checks" to find the item, but in the meantime I am out over $400 because I have to refund the customer. It will take 30 to 60 days to process my claim, and maybe I will get my money refunded.
