If I could give them lower marks I would. My shipment arrived at their dock on 11/10. It has sat there for 3 weeks. It left today to be delivered and arrived back at their dock 2 hrs later and is still sitting there. The young lady I spoke with at corporate said they have inbounded it (whatever that means) over 10 times and acted shocked. I have tried to call them repeatedly as did she. No answer. This is ridiculous!

LR terminal is super super bad. Freight sits there for days and every day you call same story it's being unloaded from a trailer you should see it tomorrow.. and then tomorrow comes and still no skid. Crazy that it takes over a week to a pallet from Dallas to LR.

This has to be the worst LTL company in the world. if you don't mind having your freight sit on their docks for day upon end with no idea of when it will deliver, then this is the company for you. They are not concerned with customer service at all. Their management is clueless and have no real interest in responding to emails or phone calls. A logistics company who doesn't feel the need to communicate with it's customers, go figure. I wouldn't ever recommend using this company to anyone who cares about their professional career. They will cost you customers and your very own reputation.

These folks have had my freight at the dock for 10 days. I finally got someone on the phone after repeated attempts just to contact them. They said they would deliver tomorrow. That was 4 days ago. Still haven't seen them and no one will answer the phone again. Horrible. Simply Horrible.

We ordered some chairs in early July, they were delivered to the building we were in on the 31st. They were signed by someone in another suite and left outside in the heat, rain, bird droppings, etc. until we found out about the pallet of chairs on the 08/10 at 10 AM. When i called their customer service I was told "well someone signed for them" and that they were delivered to our suite which is a complete lie. They were signed by someone with the last name of Harris, we do not have anyone with that last name. Two of the chairs are now ruined and I had to scrub the bird dropping off four other chairs and Central customer service cloud care less about the issue. DO NOT USE this company for any shipping needs. They are a sorry trucking company.

Absolutely terrible. No concern for your delivery. No concern for delay. You will get it when they decide they want to deliver. a 2 day delivery has taken 12 days and still not here. This is NORMAL for them, not an exception.

They delivered my packed furniture and left it on a crate at the bottom of the stairs at my apartment building. They refused to bring the heavy boxes up the stairs stating that “I did not pay for it”. I paid for full delivery of the items and I was shocked to hear that they could not actually complete the job. I did not have a choice of a freight line this time, but next time I will ensure it is not through this company.
