Geoffrey is amazing! I am a small business owner and do not have a lot of money. Centennial is the way to go! They have a fairly large footprint, but every branch treats you like family wether you have 100k or -$100. I strongly suggest Centennial

Is the branch actually open today? Was there two weeks ago, window has hours stating its open, so I called the main branch in Cabot and she told me that one shut down on Saturday's. Was the only one open to my knowledge in Little Rock on Saturdays after Rodney Parham closed. Now I'm looking for a branch that's open today and here Google says it's open. Maybe we should change this so customers don't waste a trip to the branch? And maybe hours on the window should be changed? Seriously considering moving my account after at least 13 years. It's irritating that something this simple can't be fixed. I was already frustrated with the Rodney Parham branch because nobody could get to work on time so they changed the hours where it is even less convient for customers.

After 13 years with Centennial Bank I have closed my accounts. Ten years ago this branch was out going and helpful. These days unless you are making large deposits you are a nobody. I would not recommend Centennial Bank as your bank.

Mostly friendly associates! One time the lobby closed earlier than the posted hours. Glad they have Saturday hours.

Poor communication skills. Went into my bank this week to get some help on a wire transfer. I sat down with Julie. Her first question was “do you have the instructions for the wire transferâ€. I told her no I don't have instructions and that I have never completed a wire transfer and that I'm needing her to help me. She said she can't help if I don't have instructions. I'm thinking, if I had instructions I would not need her help. After a few more words she said l needed 3 pieces of information and stated The 3 items I needed. To clarify I asked her to state the three pieces I needed again. She came right back and said “I just told you what you neededâ€. I said “I did not know it would be so combative getting help for a wire transferâ€. At this point I'm now angry and cut the conversation short and walk right out the door. She could care less. I feel that she expected me to know her job. I'm not a banker.

Never had a problem with other Centennial Banks EXCEPT for this one. I cash the same checks from the same client every week, only went to this one today because it was more convenient. They said they couldn't cash my check for a verification reason which I've never had a problem with. But, my client has Alzheimers & the other person on her account drives planes internationally so of course they can't get a hold of either one of them. They were so rude about it & they couldn't give me an actual reason why they were the only ones I had this problem with.
