10/16/23. I had a question for the teller at the Cantrell road location about whether the tax assessors office had an actual person in the office to speak to. I had a question for the teller about whether the tax assessors office had an actual person in the office to speak to. I did not have to pay my taxes, I had a question. The teller refused to let me ask my question, even though I told him I did not have to pay so I would not be going through the drive-through line unless there was someone who could answer a question for me which would involve them looking at paperwork. He kept interrupting me telling me he didn’t answer questions, I did not need him to answer A tax question. He was extremely rude and I don’t have an account there but I would not think about opening an account with Centennial Bank at this point because of this teller.

The bankers are always friendly and welcoming. It's nice to deal with a bank that values their customers. They know who we are when we go through the drive-through, and no matter who is tending to us we always get a smile and wave from everyone.

There is no information posted on the company website. The google information says you are open. 40 minutes out of my busy day to and from a bank that is closed for the holiday. Your website really needs that info on there.

Staffs were so rude and did not know how to solve the amounts disappeared from my account. The card quality is bad, they normally broke chips every 3 months.

Love this branch!!! I have several accounts with Centennial for years, I opened my first account at this branch. I live in Hot Springs where we do not have a local branch, and I still did not change banks. That should speak volumes to the customer service of this branch.

Do yourself a favor do not use this bank. I've had an account with them for as long as I can remember. Their customer service sucks and inconsistent treatment of long term customers is unacceptable. Go somewhere else you won't regret it
