Costumer service real rude ,put money in the ATM and it didn't give me a receipt,I call asking about my money,she thought she had hung up,she said why I didn't come in the bank,to answer your question,if y'all wasn't so dam slow I would have came,why do have the ATM machine if I can't put money in it, maybe if you fill the receipt paper I would've got my receipt

Exactly OPEN THE LOBBY!! Everyone does not have cars and to be in the drive thru getting money is a safety risk. This type of service is NOT accommodating ALL customers. Please open the lobby for safety of ALL customers and also summer time is close!!

ABSOLUTELY , some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced. The only positive ive ever had is when i opend the account..Over the past 3 weeks ive played phone tag with so called asst mgrs & when i finally did think i could get an explanation (as to how $500 of fees incurred on an account that is in question) she gave me firm attitude because i dared to ask....Disgusted & only explanation after 3 weeks is its policy...#miscRobbery

I love this Bank because they are very strict to the fact. My card was used at a gas station (by me of course) and someone tried to hack into my account. I had no clue to this situation until I tried to use my card the next day and my card declined. I have plenty money on my card and didn't understand until I called customer service. And they told me that I had to purchase another card cause someone was trying to do me in. I said thank you for being struck cause another Bank wouldn't have caught it that quick. Thank you Centennial Bank. I love you.

The ladies at Broadway have my back and are very reliable, I'm a small business account and really value a branch that is looking out for me especially when I drop off cash deposits and forget the deposit slip! :#
