I lost my original wedding ring and didn't think it could be replaced until I met with Erin,she was the best person you would ever want to care of you and your ring purchase. She made me feel like I was the most important person to her. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I miss talking with her, but at least she knows that I am the happiest person ever. Hope I can work with her again in the near future.

If you are looking to purchase jewelry for whatever occasion and don't want to be bothered/hustled on a sale, this is the place to go. Huge shout out to Erin for helping me "build" an engagement ring that was within my budget, getting quick repairs on jewelry that I didn't even buy from their store. Their customer service cannot be beat. This is the only place I will make jewelry purchases.

I’ve had the clasp on a necklace repaired here once before. I just dropped off an earring to be repaired and they had it fixed in 5 minutes at no charge. The people here are so sweet and the piano player was a nice touch. When I’m on the market for more jewelry (when we can actually go out), this is the first place I’ll look.

I love Becky Whelan! My husband purchased some diamond earrings a few years ago that are gorgeous that didn't break the bank. Recently, I lost the diamond in my engagement ring, and she found the perfect diamond to replace the lost one. She and her staff went above and beyond to help me find a replacement. This antique ivory cane had a broken ear, pieces missing, couldn’t find anyone that would even try to repair it, Cecils worked a miracle! Can’t tell it was ever broken! Not only do they have beautiful jewelry, they have very talented craftsmen/jewelers! Thank you Erin!
