This store is always understocked, understaffed. Parking is horrible. Need to relocate this store!!!!!!!!! The one employee working was fantastic, literally the reason you are not getting a 1. I will give your employee a 5 star review.

Was just in the store and the service was amazing. The manager was very nice and went above and beyond helping me! Helped me get a corform, suit, dress shirt, and tie. Not only that but the cloths actually fit for plus size people unlike other locations. Will come back!

I have looking for a big and tall store have looking at the website of DXL this store is the closest one to me driving thru little rock the website said open until 7:00 pm I got there at 5:45 and they was closed with sign on door saying closed at 5:00 they need update there website if I had made a special trip I would have been mad about it .I was able to get back too Little Rock and stop at the store when they was open the female sales person was was great and helpful I tried on a couple and found one that fit great took one home with me had to order they other and was delivered to my house 5 days later just had she said they would I will be shopping there again

Store is way over priced and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with! The people there are lazy, rude and don’t care about the customers or their jobs! I will never shop there again and I advise no one else does!
