CARSTAR is AWESOME! They replaced my bumper for me on my Dodge Charger R/T Max and did a PHENOMENAL job! Not only that, my car doesn't get driven that much so it just sits in my driveway. So when I brought it in to CARSTAR to say it was DIRTY would be an understatement. But when I picked up my car, CARSTAR had washed my entire car for me and had her looking so good! Now, I'm not sure if this is customary for body repair shops to clean the entire vehicle before replacing a part, but I can tell you that I am soooooo appreciative because this shop definitely does. I would definitely use them again. If you want your vehicle well taken care of, CARSTAR is the place to go!

Great service from these folks. My rental car was coming due from insurance claim and they worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I had my car in time. Looks brand new and I really appreciate them giving the car a nice detail. Quality service!

Took 2 months longer than quoted to get my car back. It was one thing after another. And then to top it off, when I got my car back, my head light didn't work. They supposedly replaced it and the whole fixture did not work. Almost a month for them to correct that.

If I say I'm paying out of pocket I'm paying out of pocket! Why argue yourself out of customer wanting to pay in cash? This place was better when it was Little Rock Paint and Body now its under new ownership.

Honest review ahead. They took care of my car when it was 'sick' they made sure it is fully recovered before giving it back to me. There is a link where u can see the progress and if none, you can reach them out easily for an update or inquiries. Tbh, i became kinda impatient on the later part as the release date keeps on moving for a week then another then another. BUT, they delivered my car to my place for free. Not only that, they even cater the scratches my car had for free. It made me realize that they just want the best for their customers. They want us to be happy with results of the services that they offer. Highly recommended guys! Thank you so much to Mr. Vince, Ms. Cristal, Mr. Bill and to the whole team.

Tailgates through construction traffic. Flipped me off and yelled at me while my kids are in the car. Road rages quite a bit. 10 out of 10 would never recommend.
