“As far as rental agencies go, Enterprise is the best there is, as far as I'm concerned. About the only bad experience I've ever had with them was getting a car that smelled like someone had been transporting 12 lbs of weed in it. Other than that, I've had zero issues and will continue to use Enterprise. Seriously though, what's the alternative, Hertz? Sure, if you want your rental reported stolen or get charged for gas in an electric car.”
“Came in yesterday to have one woman at the National desk handling multiple companies by herself. After having been doing this hours (no doubt through more than a few less patient guests), she still was smiling ear to ear through both the guest in front of me and myself. Some good laughs later, I left knowing that maybe next visit I’ll use National instead of another brand.
Side props to her boss for providing coffee and lunch while she crushed it all day especially a hellish lunch rush.”
“I want the thank Jeremy for having such great customer service he helped me so much the other day after having a terrible experience at another location that day on W Markham. I had previously had a reservation for a pickup truck when I got there that morning to pick up the truck they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have trucks there, they were not very helpful at all to get me into a truck. Thankfully I found enterprise truck rentals and Jeremy made sure to get me in a tuck immediately. By far the best experience I have ever received from enterprise! Thank you Jeremy”

“I was in a wreck on March 12,2024 and my insurance company deemed my car a total loss and I chose Hertz Rental Car to get my vehicle from and from the very beginning I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect and my questions were answered and I was very very very happy with the help I received from Ms. Kamille Agee she is awesome,very helpful, professional,and I would recommend using Hertz Car Rental as a place to get a rental car from. “I rented from Alamo at LIT in early May. Everyone throughout the process was excellent - start to finish. I especially want to call out Zach, who met me in the lot when I dropped off the car. He was so professional, and dressed in a sport jacket on a warm day - I initially thought he was a business traveler picking up/dropping off his rental! He was polite, enthusiastic and thanked me for choosing Alamo. Really great experience .”

“I rent at least once a year. THIS year it's been more. Yesterday I rented a car. I was an hour into my drive and heard strange noises coming from the car. I called Enterprise and they said no worries. I could go to the nearest Enterprise and swap out. They also always help if you have questions on the rental. I peppered them on a rental. I didn't know how to use some of the car functions and they were extremely helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is the parking lot. It's so small and often is full.”

“My Husband and I rented the Suburban from Brandi, and we have no complaints. It drove perfectly with no issues, we had all the bells and then some. It was top of the line. The price was EXCELLENT! I had originally reserved from Enterprise, but they didn't actually reserve my car, so I was left with nothing. I went to every other rental, their tires were flat, their cars didn't seem taken care of and they werent what we needed. Brandi wasn't just accommodating, she was an amazing person in general. If you want great quality, style, comfort, affordability, and overall 5 stars, then this is where you need to rent.”
