Chanika was in charge of my entire process, she handled my application and move in. I am very satisfied with the service that I received from her. I moved 1800 miles away from my previous home. I am very happy with the service and treatment that I received. Chanika made sure that I had everything to make my long distance move go smoothly. It was a pleasure to finally meet her in person after dealing with her over the phone and online.

The apartment management had my car towed at 12 o'clock at night even though it was registered and I had to pay 512 dollars. I was wronged. I am very angry because I was wronged because we came to America so that we would not be wronged. I will complain everywhere until this injustice I suffered is compensated. Sorry, I cannot collect money from the trash.

I would give these apartments about a 2.5 stars, no park and not very child friendly. since I’ve lived here in the 2 year lease span expenses has went up tremendously. They say they are luxury apartments but all appliances are very old. Kitchen and bathroom is outdated. Carpets are the cheapest they could find. They charge you a trash fee and a valet trash fee and on some days your trash isn’t picked up. You have a sewer and water consumption fee. After the 3rd you are charged a $100 late fee. For the price that you’re paying at those apartments they could at the least have update appliances and carpets.
Staff is very friendly, 2 wonderful ladies Miss Ashley and Chanika at the front desk. Thanks for making my stay worth the while.

I had an issue with the birds nesting under my patio, and I couldn’t go out and enjoy my patio for all the droppings and almost getting got by the birds Protecting their babies. The office maintenance came and resolve this issue for me, and he even clean the patio for me by removing the bird debris. Thanks !!

Lived here for a few short months in early 2019. Amazing morning/evening views over the hills, incredibly clean property with friendly residents. The management is the best I’ve ever had renting from! Incredibly caring and friendly, and always looking out for their people. If we were to ever move back to LR, we’d be back here.

Im currently living in the Capitol Hill Apartments and I must say it's been the best experience I've ever had at a apartment the matainace crew is amazing and always in top of everything from the grounds to the work order you put in if you ever have to always quite and safe I've literally never been this comfortable and to the two amazing women in the office I must say the have went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate there communication threw text email whatever it is we have going as a community in the apartments they keep us up to date with all the fun functions and of course rent definitely will sign another lease
