We were satisfied with the hotel. The 2-queen bed rooms were a little cramped and there was room for only one night stand otherwise it was sound. The service was excellent. Ther are undergoing some renovations to their upgraded larger rooms. I am expecting them to be great. It is centrally located, so getting around is easy.

The room wasn't as decent as expected. The drainage in the tub was slow and there was a roach in the bathroom. Both the lobby and elevators were too hot and not well ventilated.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is infested with roaches. The plumbing backs up in the rooms, and the management is very nonchalant and chooses to do nothing about it. Even when moved to a different room, the number of roaches in the room was beyond count. This has been reported to Marriott and the Arkansas Department of Health.

Nice hotel! We were only there one night as part of a longer trip, but the room was quite nice. I also used the fitness center, which was clean, well kept, and had plenty of equipment.

Very bad hygiene. There were tiny cockroaches all around in the room could capture only a couple of them. They were also understaffed. Called for towels multiple times but had to eventually go down and get it myself after 30mins

Since the year they opened they've kept a broken espresso machine in the lounge so that they can say they have one, but there will never be an attempt to repair it. Very poorly stocked lounge.
This was the second or third time that they were unable to bill my correct card despite several attempts. Can't provide a correct bill at check out either. Last year it took 2 months and 6 attempts to fix it. Every employee says it's not their department. Also, there is not a manager that stays on top of these things.
My company used to get such a low group rate that we just looked past all the problems, but now that they're the same price as the Four Points, we'll just go back to that place.

Attended a state session. The a/c went out the for the first two days. By the end of the 3rd that night, they finally go the a/c working. The banquet hall was hot. The lobby remind hot the entire time.
The low score come from the one staff member who did not keep her word on the adjustments to the room rates due to the inconvenience. Once I called to correct her on the mistake, she was rude and hung up.
I would love to stay there again one day once the Hotel replaces their old units with new ones.

What is that smell? As soon as you walk in you're greeted by some sort of funk smell, kinda like the carpet has gotten wet and never really dried causing a mold like smell. The staff was friendly and the room was clean but that smell is awful and is on every level of the hotel, hallways included. The other complaint I have is that only 1 elevator out of 2 were working which causes unnecessary wait times. FIX YOUR ELEVATORS AND GET RID OF THAT SMELL.

The room's features weren't always operable. The shower fixture didn't always function as needed. Some rooms are warm, some cold. The A/C system didn't regulate the temperature in the room. No A/C in elevators. Felt the building was steamy and hot. Rooms needed to be remodeled because there were cracks in the ceilings and walls. The ice machines didn't work. No microwaves in the rooms, only one working microwave was down in the lobby. The business center was out in the open so no privacy when working. Only one elevator was operable so it took forever to make it to the rooms daily. Serious upgrade needed to hold the Marriott name.
