Kind of dingy. Most of the building is closed off. Limited selection for big and tall. No sense of keeping clothes organized

The store is huge and has a entire area at the back of the store with an extreme selection of home interiors\decor compared to the small Burlington in Jackson Ms, however there was no air, they had fan at the register. The floors is dirty and the entire store is very unorganized. Clothes all over the floor. Items everywhere. The guy at the register was nice, but he was ungroomed with dirty nails, uncut hair and was not dressed professional. We saw him outside the store when we first entered and I assumed he was a homeless guy. It would be nice to have the employees who look like someone who takes some pride in their appearance. Ion know his story and I know everyone goes through things. But I guess this says a lot about why the store look the way it does. And for a Saturday there were 2 salesperson and no one on the sales floor. The manager needs to get that store up to standard because it has a lot to offer. I've never seen a Burlington that huge. I did find nice blouse at this location. But because it was in such disarray it really cramped my style and I no longer felt like shopping there. I usually spend $100 to $150 when I visit Burlington but not this day. Complete turnoff.

Store needs to be deep cleaned. Floors are absolutely filthy. Sad to see how downhill it's gone from 2011. Can usually find a few work shirts.

This place only had 1 cashier. I walled around with my wife for over a hour, just to leave everything there because the check line was down the street. ? ✌?

I'm sure my review will get a mediocre response from Burlington (owner). The pictures posted by Burlington do not represent the store in any way at all. This store is completely trashed and it stays that way. The same effort is put into cleaning the store as it is to customer service- none! At 9: 35 pm they make announcements saying they're closing in 10 minutes. I asked for the number to corporate and the manager told me I could look it up online. I went to check out my one item and asked the cashier for the number to corporate. She also told me I can look it up online. On my way out of the store I again asked the manager Alicia for the number to corporate which again she refused to give it to me. She said it's not like we have it memorized- I said I didn't ask if you memorized it I asked you to get the number for me. The problems in the store obviously start with management until that's resolved nothing will ever get better. This is not a one-time thing it's every time you go to Burlington in Little Rock Arkansas.

5/11/2024 - Just got turned away by the loss prevention guy in the foyer (before I could even get through the outer door) at 10:33pm on a Saturday night. The closing time is plainly posted on the glass doors as 11:00pm. What he said to me exactly was, "We're not letting any more customers into the store tonight. At this point we're just letting the customers who are already in the store finish their shopping, but we're not allowing anyone else in because we're in the process of trying to close." While writing this review I've watched the same guy turn 5 or 6 more customers around. I'm not really sure what's going on with this store, but it's almost indistinguishable from the North Little Rock location in terms of how it is managed and staffed. The 3 times previous to tonight that I've shopped at this location I ended up just abandoning the things I intended to buy because the line to checkout was ridiculously long and moving at a snail's pace. If this is how you intend to run a retail business then at least have some self respect and respect for your customers and just shut the damn place down for good. Nobody in the place wants to work it appears, and the environment isn't welcoming at all. Like many businesses that are apparently run by folks with no education or training or plain common sense, it seems you guys have come to the conclusion that maximizing profit can be most easily done by running skeleton crews and making your customers feel unwelcome. This approach is a classic example of stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. The customers here are treated like they're an annoying inconvenience - especially during the last hour of business before closing. Store hours are posted on the glass of the exterior doors and also listed with Google. And the two sets of open and closing times match 100%. I drove 10 miles to this store after double checking the hours of operation on Google only to be told I couldn't enter the store once I arrived. Then had to drive 10 more miles back home. You've wasted my time for the last time, Burlington. I won't restrict the blame for my experience at this location to the employees of the store - the things that go on here can be more properly attributed to upper management in the company.

First, it’s a Burlington in a Little Rock. What can you expect? But they are so understaffed. One cashier almost always. It takes anywhere between 10-15 minutes to check out. This needs to be resolved. I’ve had to walk out of line. I encourage people to reach out to Burlington customer service and give them the store number. Nothing will change unless we as customers tell them what’s going on.
