We used to be customers, they apparently put us down as refusing to pay and made our account inactive. We were under contract for a certain price and we called to confirm this but never received a call back, we called again, no call back, called again, no call back. I don't think it's on us. Not only do they get to miss out on our current business but we are opening more restaurants and they get to miss out on those too. If we treated our customers the way they treated theirs, we wouldn't be in business.
