Don't be conned people the 5 star reviews is only here because they knock 500 off each purchase to place one trust me ik the cars are great if your in a bind as any car is. You can buy a car from anyone don't get fooled a 500-600 credit score isn't bad, don't be afraid to talk them down in price either. If you don't like it say no to it and walk trust me they want to sell. They might have the cars but they need your signature that's all they care for.

If you go here deal with montrell he's your man, he's there to sell a car by any means and if something is wrong like a key he'll get around to it. Everyones busy nowadays and I get that, but lil bill doesn't know what's going on or if he does he's there to save a dime wasting time and gas that was the 3rd time I've tried to get this key yall promised. I'm spending 31k with yall and bill doesn't want to toss out seemingly 310. Again I'm not mad at noone it's just why do people this way. I don't get it especially seeing how your bills kid, so take this review how you want. To sum it up if you want a car they put you in 1 but don't think your valued as a customer all you done was sign a contract and lined their pockets. And watch if they respond to this review it'll be something like sorry for your experience here at bill fits, we value each customer, we made arrangements to get you, your key made the following week but you never showed up. If your needing a 2nd key made again we will gladly make you your key just set a time and date. And my response to that is I have 3 f ing times. Yall get 2 stars lol

Great place to buy a car. Not a lot of ppl to deal with, or long wait to get out the door with the new auto. Love this place!

There is no reason to rate this dealership. The dealership does not deserve to be rated. They are poor all the way around. Thank all of you for writing reviews, It help me in making a decision to buy a car here. I wish I had read these before them running my credit report. But I did not purchase the car and no money was exchanged. My problem was the salesman, Bill Blanchard, told me he himself went somewhere else to buy a car for his wife. I should have stopped everything and walked out. But I really liked the car I was looking at. Anyway, that part of the deal in on me. They tried to set me up with Marco but thank goodness he was off. Bill told me I needed a co-signer....that was a clue to because he told me I needed it because they show I have a mortgage. Yes, I have a mortgage but payments are perfect. Bill acted like that was a bad thing on my credit when actually it is not. Then, Bill gives me this ridiculous high interest rate even with co-signer. This is a joke of a business.

Biggest joke of a car dealership!! Whatever you do don’t go get “pre approved” unless your 100% ready to buy they say it doesn’t go off credit but yet my score was just hit hard because they ran my credit after saying they wasn’t!!! Claim to be in-house financing that helps you build credit because they are their own bank…..…. Yeah right worse experience with the salesman ever he was extremely rude and then says he more than likely wouldn’t even be able to get me in a car!!!! ill never buy or send anyone to them with the lies they want to calm better off buying a car cash or going to a real dealership

I did the pre approval that states it will not effect your credit well that’s a lie it’s a hard hit to your credit. Second the man i spoke with was hateful towards me. He would not explain what i was approved for because i did not have a down payment. He did not try to help me in anyway. He told me that it was going to be a challenge to find me a car because i didn’t have anything to put down. They claim to be the cheapest and guarantee to get you in a car but the way i was treated I’ll never even look in there direction again.

Biggest RIPPOFF in the state of ArkansasAVOID THIS AT ALL COST. Marco is a thief being allowed by the owner to RIP people off that have bad credit m, and their cars ? Lol all are junk, marked way above their actual value, They do not budge off their cars that are marked up around 50% above national average. I showed Marco several cars much lower than theirs and he sat there like if you want ours or you can go drive and get one there at a better price. Wow that’s fascinating and horrible way to run a business. Fire Marco the horrible salesman. You’ve been warned. #Ripoff #Scammers #Conartist

Definitely would not recommend anyone to go to this junk yard. The cars are lemons and the receptionist Bianca is a rude “B” word. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

This is by far the absolute worst dealership I have ever done business with. I paid $14,000 for a used car less than a week ago that is currently broke down in the middle of geyer springs. Nothing can be done about it, it was an absolute loss of 14 Grand. What bothers me is Bill knew I had a three and a 5 year old that I have to take care of and need the car and need a reliable car at that. When I went to test drive the car I wasn't allowed to take it on the main road because they knew the transmission was going out in my car. The car so new they hadn't even got the title at the dealership yet. But yet the car won't even start after I paid for a new battery spark plugs and everything else. The salesman seems to not have any concern about it at all. I would never recommend anybody to this dealership.

I purchased a car. After servicing the vehicle for me, I finished signing all the paper work. Then I was "On The Road Again" like Willie Nelson. Thank you, Bill Fitts Auto Sales!

Please stay Away from these people. I went in to buy my son a truck. Found the truck we wanted on CarGurus. I've been with United Federal Credit union for some time now. I have other accounts with them therefore they APPROVED me for a certain amount. Not "pre-approved". They emailed me an approval letter to take to the dealer. The dealer gave me a price, printed off a purchase order and told me I could take it to my bank. I explained to them my bank said the dealer could take care of it at the dealership (they are out of state). They asked if I wanted them to try to get me approved with them. I said that's fine but I'm sure I won't get the interest rate my bank offered but sure go ahead and try. They came back and agreed I should go through my bank. It was getting late in the evening and they claimed they couldn't reach anyone at my bank and that they would try first thing in the morning. Ok no problem. I left and Emailed the lady that had been helping me from UFCU. She immediately called me and said she had just stepped away from the desk and to have them email her a purchase order. I called the salesman and he said text him her email address. I did that. He said it would be morning before they could get it took care of. The next morning I received a text stating they would contact the bank shortly after 9am. I waited. I then received a call stating I was approved for this amount, this interest rate for this amount of time. The interest rate was higher than what my bank and I had talked about but I assumed this is the best MY BANK could do and my son really wanted this truck so ok. Let's do it. They delivered the truck since we live a good distance from the dealership and when I started signing papers I realized they didn't include sales tax like I specifically asked them to do. I called and was told they "couldn't get it approved with the sales tax". Which was strange to me because my approval letter specifically stated "TT&L included". I really did not want to send the truck back at this point. My son was so excited to finally get it so like a dumbass I signed the papers against my better judgment. Fast forward to later that same day, UFCU called me and stated they were still waiting on a purchase order. This is when I found out they never even sent the purchase order to my bank and this is why the interest rate was higher than I expected. I called them and this is what I was told. "Our prices are based on financing through our banks, if you use an outside bank it's $1,000 more". I asked him if that's the case why wasn't I told this?? He said "it's all over our website". First of all that is a LIE and second I wasn't shopping on their website. I was there IN PERSON and not one of the 3 men I spoke with mentioned this. They even printed off a purchase order for the same amount I ended up paying for the truck and told me to take it to my bank. They knew my bank was not one of the banks they normally deal with yet no one added an extra $1,000 on it then, so why now are they telling me it would be an extra $1,000 to go through my bank? Then to make it even better he said he would speak to someone about this and call me back. I never received a call back. the following day I texted the original guy I spoke with and made the appt to meet about the truck. I explained all this to him. He said "let me chat with him and he will call you". Still no call. Not a single one of them have tried to reach out to me even after I've made it known that I am NOT satisfied with their service. Basically the deal is made and they are done with it. VERY poor customer service! 10/10 do not recommend this place. They are all about helping you until they screw you over then they are done. That's it. You're on your own.
