It doesn't work very bad ? the room is super dirty and yours are full of hair and the tub is full of hair, everything is disgusting, I don't recommend it, the whole room was filled with urine and very dirty.

"Non-smoking rooms" still reak of stale smoke. The room was kinda falling apart. Smoke detector removed, carpet tack strip exposed, hole the wall, water damage on the ceiling. The one saving grace was that the bed was clean and comfortable.

The room was dirty with remains of food and personal hygiene utensils (cottons) and smells like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room, the sheets are not cleanRooms: Quite unpleasant that they do not pay attention to the cleanliness of the room!

What hotel closes the lobby and only yells thru a glass at 3pm? 40.00 deposit they say goes back after 3-4 business days...took 10 AND when I called about it "she" was rude and actually hung up on me. "He" phoned me back with info needed. They have what seemed to be hookers being run in and out of the room next door. The bathroom was disgusting with mold in the grout. I didn't dare walk barefoot on the carpet. Coffee maker still had the bag of grounds from the previous victim. NEVER again! Keep your business for a property that may appreciate it, these people certainly do not.

I’ve seen some disgusting hotels, but this takes the cake. The room smelled when we entered. There was debris all around the restroom area, cigarette burns on the toilet, long black hair on the toilet, stains all over the bed set, visible handprints on the head board, a huge hole in the wall obviously from someone punching it, and I could hear the person in the room behind us through the restroom vent. This was something out of a horror movie. Got our money back and heading to a more reputable place.

2 words - Disgustingly Dirty. Not sure what was worse the stained bed sheets or the fitly toilet/bath. Don't set foot on this property.

my whole post i was trying to post deleted but They stole out my room my mom ssc out my purse and my bank card that was on the bed.I went to pay for room for 2 nights gave the young short lady with glasses my card and id while the younger son on one computer and the older on another tell me why they charged my friend card 160 instead of my card I just gave them having me and my friend into it... be careful they keep your card information on file and authorize it without your knowledge. They yelled at my children when buying snacks. Placed me upstairs when I told them my child is in a wheel chair said i stole a tv that was cleary in the room. These Arabs are by far the rudest people they lie call you liars accuse you of things and expect you to continue to give your money to them. They roo 201 was horrible when I first got there sheets wasn't change, blood on walls from looks like someone was killed in there. Iiterally had to pink glove it with lysol and bleach and they say I cause damaged when the only thing wrong there is the door and I believe that happened when the person was hurt in the room cause it was blood over the wall ,the sink, the bathroom floor & door and walls had blood on it and ask for another room they said they couldn't move me cause it was before 3pm and they didn't have any down stairs rooms so they say.. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog they don't speak good English nor do theycomprehend it not being mean but this is America if you're going to own a business here please have the right credentials and knowledge not just the money to buy a place. Even after dealing with they rudenessI went back to give them their keys back being the sweet kindhearted person I am and the younger man came out furiously and called the police on me couldn't believe this but with them expect the unexpected

Visited a friend there. It sits directly in front of the Arkansas state police headquarters so that's a plus on safety. Rooms seemed decently cleaned and the staff seems friendly as well. This hotel seems pretty decent. I didn't notice anything Wild or crazy happening here it seemed to be a quiet well mannered place.Safety: Police state headquarters is directly behind this hotel. Approximately 250-375 yards or so away

WARING DO NOT STAT HERE! This is in the top five worst hotels I've stayed in. I travel often around the country and understand that sometimes things get missed by maids and that there are sometimes things that fall through the cracks but the room that I stayed in at this establishment was completely disgusting.What's worse is I took these pictures in this review to the front desk and they offered me no other room or resolution or refund. Also the pool is out of order and ice machine is out of order. The morning I went to leave there was no hot water. I stayed there for one night passing through and would not do it again.

STAY AWAY! Our room had a fresh bloodstain on one of the pillows, the phone had no dial tone, the smoke detector was unattached to the wall, the air conditioner could not cool the room lower than 80 degrees, and the pool was not able to be used. Dangerous and disgusting!
