Mr. Markhal was very helpful and knowledgeable about not only his TV brand but also of other brands in the store.
Although my model wasn't in stock he was able to arrange delivery and assist me with choosing the proper mount for above my mantel. Cleve says if you need a TV go see Mr. Markhal! You Rock!

worst customer service!! no one was available to help after waiting for 30 mins this one guy asks us if know what to order and then when we proceed to ask for help just shrugs! they don't know how to help and don't want to help either. They were just talking and hanging out none of the men wanted to help. It's almost like nobody cares about the customers. We were about to leave because we were done waiting.

Ordered online the bits I knew I wanted and in-store pickup was quick and easy
Staff very friendly and helpful
Then picked up some other things instore and checkout was easy.
Recommend this location lots of parking located next to whole foods location

Be prepared for a hard sell for their credit card.
I needed to get a new phone yesterday, and this store had what I wanted. When I was checking out, the salesperson tried to get me to sign up for their credit card and WOULD NOT take no for an answer. I spent several minutes repeatedly telling her I didn't want the credit card, but she kept trying every hard sell tactic there is. I generally avoid 'Best' Buy because I'm annoyed when I have to decline their useless protection plans 3 times. This was an order of magnitude worse. Clearly, the employees are HEAVILY incentivized to push these cards (and the protection plans). Corporate needs to learn that these incentive strictures drive away customers. Their sales commissions, leading to pushy salespeople, was why I started buying car audio equipment from Crutchfield back in the day. I doubt I will set foot in another BestBuy unless I absolution absolutely have no other choice.

Stopped in for assistance with an ongoing issue, seeking assistance of someone at the Samsung desk. The did not or no longer have one. We were referred to the Geek Squad desk, and they attempted, but were unable to help.

Geek Squad took care of our problem and were kind and helpful. The wait was long, but that wasn’t the employees fault. If you do need geek squad, schedule an appointment ahead of time and you’ll have a 5 star experience.

Needing a car stereo install, I stopped by the Geek Squad at this store. The installer said he did not know how to do an installation on a Ford F-series truck and suggested I go to another local business. The F-series truck is the most popular vehicle in the country, and they hired somebody who can't work on the vehicle.

Not my favorite place to shop , it seems that they are not people/customer friendly. I'm trying to like them but each time I visit, I end up with a problem. So anyway , I'll reserve them until a specific thing comes up. Ain't writing them off as they are local and conveniently located.
