Great Customer Service The Store Manager Robert gave me great customer service and made me and my family very happy. To the Owner and all his employees I have to thank you for your service and getting my whole house filled with for only $1500.

I went with my daughter to get furniture for her new apartment. She ordered a living room sofa and a five piece bedroom suite. Robert was the salesman. The furniture was not delivered in set time that Robert gave her. He gave her 3 different delivery times and missed every single set time. When she got the furniture some of the bedroom pieces were missing. Robert sold her a five piece set, but she only received four. When she asked about the missing chest piece, she was told that what what she ordered only came in a four piece. Who ever put the dresser together put the handles on the inside of the dresser, so we had to fix that. Shop around and research before doing business here and get everything in writing. Not just the price you are paying, but what pieces you are getting.

They are the worse black-owned furniture store in Little Rock. I am still waiting on some pillows I was promised. I have never had such poor service in my life. Dont go to them, they are very unprofessional. I paid for my merchandise and the day of delivery I was told my kids mattress was sold to someone else after I already paid for them a week ago. My matress was dirty for my bed that they delivered, as if they just took it off the showroom floor and place it in plastic for delivery. I was promised the pillows for them not having my kids mattress (that was paid for a week ago and they sol them),which I still have yet to receive. I spoke with the owner Nigel who I expressed to him how I had to call to check on my items, I also let him know how upset I was and that I wanted some of my money back. He was not willing to give me some of my money back for my inconvenience for having to wait a week to get items I paid for already. Im writting a review and filing a formal complaint with the BBB. We wonder why we dont support our Black-owned businesses when we dont give quality service. Still waiting on my pillows which I should get 4 instead of 2. I should have followed my first mind and took them to small claims court. Stay clear of this business if you got the money to get $2600 worth of merchandise and your response wont fix the problem. They dont give Veteran or Federal Employees discounts like some furniture stores.

They are horrible with communication ... They broke my ceiling trying to move the bed in and told me that I didn't have to pay for it since they broke my ceiling ... Find out I'm paying on it and my ceiling still broke been trying to come to an agreement for a month now ... Trying not to sue over something so petty .... I hope this not a black owned business cause of so they are horrible
