I don’t know how these people sleep at night as crooked as they are. DO NOT do business with this company. You will be scammed. They will blatantly lie about the vehicle and the minute you purchase it you will never be able to get ahold of them again.

If you value your time and money, STAY FAR AWAY. I went here after my 16 y.o son found a car he wanted. It took several weeks to get the car because they didn't have their paperwork in order, and are very difficult to get on the phone. In my case, I was sold a vehicle that they flashed the check engine light on. 5 minutes after driving off the lot, my son and his girlfriend were stranded on a very unsafe stretch of highway because the car overheated and the computer automatically diminished the throttle. I met them on the side of the highway and limped the car home (45 minutes away). It happened again the next day, leaving me stuck on the side of the highway. I dropped the car back off to them with overheating issues and a check engine light with a plethora of misfire codes and other issues as they assured me the car was in perfect working order by their standards. They changed the water pump, flashed the check engine light again, and after three frustrating weeks, I got the car back. The next day, the check engine light came back on, and the car continued to idle rough with a shaky engine and obvious signs of engine misfires. I dropped the car back off in mid-December 2021. For two frustrating months, they addressed the issue with an abundantly obvious attitude that getting the car fixed was not a priority. They were very difficult to get ahold of and were dismissive every time I managed to get them on the phone. On about four occasions, I just drove up there to get updates because they are mostly unreachable . To make matters worse, they never sent me the paperwork I needed to get the car registered. It took about two months to get that. Due to late registration, the revenue office fined me 10% of the registration cost. The dealership assured me that the threatening letters I was getting from the state were normal and that I would not be fined. Out of space. See Google for a complete review. SAVE YOUR MONEY. See my whole review and other reviews on Google

A nice selection of cars but the sales man is extremely dishonest. I tried buying a BMW. The check engine light was on and he said he could fix it in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes he couldn’t get the check engine light to go off and dropped the price of the vehicle by $6000. Desperate to get me in it but I refused. He then called me the day after and told me that the engine light was now off. I told him that I could come back the next day to check the car out. When the next day came he did not answer any of my phone calls or return any of my messages. Very sketchy place to buy vehicle. Even the Vanessa lady in THIS Google comment section works there and is leaving good reviews at her own establishment which is just weird. Very dishonest people

BE AWARE!! And believe the reviews I overlooked the reviews and wanted to give Beck’s a fair chance but I purchased a Hyundai Sonata in February I asked for a car fax never got a printed copy just the salesman pulling it up on his phone and showing me what he wanted me to see and was only told and showed the car was in an accident Drove the car off the lot .....the guard over the tire started falling off. The Car quit after a week of driving it I went back to Becks to ask if he knew of any issues with the car was told their was no issues with the car and any issues or recalls on his cars get handle before he sell the car. the car had all kinds of electric issues with the head lights wipers and brake lights!! Took the car to get the electric issues fixed and was told by the mechanic who ever fixed the car after the accident didn’t connect the wiring right..the car quit for good a month and 8 days after purchasing it!! Got the car towed to Hyundai dealership my car had 5 open recalls on the Engine!!! The engine was gone!! The blessings in this for me was the car had an extended warranty because Hyundai had engine issues!! However the next person might not be as blessed and will invest all their money in a bad car!! So the post is a strictly be aware and know what you getting from them before you get it!! Because you might not get the full truth and if you ask for the car fax ask to have it printed to confirm what they are telling you!!

Just wanted to give out a shout to Stephen at Becks Auto. I found a great vehicle at good price point. I sincerely felt he was honest about everything he knew about the vehicle and he also provided me with a copy of the Carfax report. Great service! Keep up the good work!

Just purchased a vehicle from them that was advertised on fb swap shop. It said good running condition, hot heat, cold air, etc.It took the guy forever to respond to me in messenger about even meeting up to look at the vehicle. When I got there the vehicle was on empty gas wise and had a few smallish issues we could see and the salesman knocked $1,000 off. So we ended up purchasing it thinking the $1,000 would cover the few "minor" issues. He seemed nice enough but didn't seem very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Well it drove for me for 2 days and then it quit working. I noticed during that time that it did not have working air conditioner but had hoped that was just a lack of coolant or something. Then when it stopped working and wouldn't start for me I wondered if it was the battery. We had the battery tested and it showed it was weak so we replaced it. But then it still wouldn't start or jump. So we had it taken to a shop where they found that it's going to need a lot more work than we originally thought. We will end up putting more than $1,000 that he knocked off into fixing it. I understand that he probably couldn't go lower than that due to how much he paid for the vehicle. However, they should really be more knowledgeable about the vehicles they're purchasing and then selling. I would like to assume that he didn't know about all of the issues because I try to see the best in people, however, it's definitely something they should consider in the future and I would not recommend them. If you are considering purchasing from them I would highly suggest taking a skilled mechanic with you to look at the vehicle first. Very disappointed

Worst experience buying a vehicle in my life... and I've bought several dozen...AVOID at all cost. I've NEVER been lied too as bad as here. Stephen is just a bold face liar. I was told numerous lies, including " I'd drive this thing to California " , it didn't make it 10 miles. Also,"If you're not 100% happy, I'll refund your money 100%".... I called 2 miles away, and was told that's Not possible...PLEASE, do your homework and AVOID at all cost...

Thought they would be more of a family place. Husband and I are currently expecting and they did not take into account we NEEDED a car. Instead of helping us out they sold the car because they only are there for money, not to crate beneficial relationships with customers.

Craig from Conway saying thank you to Becks in Little Rock for one of the best car buying experiences that I've had in many years. My recent purchase was a Gold 1999 Toyota Tacoma. Becks exceeded all expectations in this transaction. They had the vehicle's title exactly when they promised. I wish great things for Becks Auto Corporation. You can bet that I will be back for another purchase.

Sleazy... Typically what you would expect from a hole in the wall type of car lot like this. The guy running the show over there is about as dishonest as they come. I caught him in several bold faced lies among other more serious matters. It's unfortunate that the general public has to put up with low life people like this. I would give zero stars if I could. Places like this prey on the uninformed and don't mind taking advantage of good people. Don't risk it, even if it seems like a really good deal, take your hard earned money elsewhere
