This location is slightly prejudice in my opinion. I filled out an application and NEVER heard anything back from them. They probably threw my application in the trash. They seem like the type to do that, smh.

The three females working today were not professional at all. They were all in the front (on the right side as you enter the store). Originally there was one little girl in the back (where the wigs are).. she didn't help at all! Before I decided to walkout, another woman came in and had to demand their attention.. the customer said "excuse me" and the employed yelled "yes".. from the other register, smh. She has to tell her she needs something from the other register, where she was standing.I put the items I had back and taking my business to Hair Plus Beauty Supply or Supreme Hair and Beauty.

The owner was there & helped me with discerning the braiding hair lengths. There is a wide array of products, I wish they carried and labeled black owned products.

I gonna give you guys 5 stars, Because I love you guys. But can y'all kindy go back to the other way. Have the wigs on mannequin heads it's easier for the customer. I shop regularly with you guys. I'm telling as a costumer it's harder to do it the new way. Y'all should shop here they're really a great store.

Came here to purchase a short human hair wig. Wasn't much 2 choose from n no help. Finally a man I'm assuming was owner allowed me 2 step behind counter Where there were more. I chose one, he went in storage room 2 get one in the box. I noticed box was torn but ignored it. Got home it wasn't the one I chose much shorter. He knew it wasn't, put another one in box hoping I didn't open it. Instead of telling me they only had the one on display. Live in another city didn't want 2 drive back. But I will never buy from them again. Bad business tactic. Just check the merchandise before you leave.
