There was a good set of staffers helping customers. I also appreciated the good availability of clearly labeled tester bottles for their fragrance products. You pay a premium, but I'm sure it's worth it for their fragrances. (My fiancée is a fan.)

Very friendly staff, amazing atnosphere, and great selection! Shout out to a Ms. Arie, who helped me with inventory availability over the phone and with scent selection/recommendations in-person!!!

Big selection, nicely organized. Get tired of being asked if I need anything constantly. Everyone was helpful but maybe management could quit pushing them to excess of service. I just want to shop, they are friendly, I can find them if I need assistance. Ongoing issue with all bath and body works. Rarely go in anymore... read full comment
