Very helpful and hardworking. Prices are affordable the most I’ve heard here in Little Rock. They were friendly and help me with another problem as well practically for free. Definitely recommend for anyone to come here and give this shop a chance. They do understand a bit of Spanish as well while I was there I offered to translate because a customer showed up who was Spanish speaker only but I didn’t even need to because the gentleman there knew exactly the customer was trying to say before I even translated. Very good service and I am coming again to get the rest of my car fixed.

This place is awesome! Jay saved us. We blew a tire on the interstate and couldn’t find anyone to come help through our insurance. They drove over to us, got our busted tire off, drove it back to their shop and came back with a new tire. The absolute BEST!

Got my rotors and brake pads done here. He’ll do the same job as a dealership but for 50-60% cheaper, I recommend him over others any day!

Top notch mechanic, services, and awesome affordable prices. I had this problem with my passenger power seats not working in my Volvo XC 90. I’ve been to the dealership and the only thing they told me was is that I’ll have to replace the motherboard. Without even looking at my truck! But then I was lucky enough to hear about the mechanic at Quality Auto Center. I headed there and within 20 minutes, my passenger seat was fixed and fully functioning. It’s was just a tiny fuse that had to be changed. I would totally recommended this amazing place!! ??

I bought a car from this lot last week. The dealer told me the car had been checked out and everything was good mechanically. The next day the car broke down. When i called to inform them of the problem, i was told they couldn’t do anything about it. So either they knowingly sold me a car that would break down or they are bad mechanics who don’t know how to do their job. Either way i am highly dissatisfied with them and have made a report with BBB.
