The store is big, well stocked and organized as I would expect from B&N. The loss of a star is due to the difficulty of reaching this location due to heavy traffic.

I had an over the phone purchase for two books. The customer service person, Darrel was very helpful, patient and informative. As my order was to replace one that I originally gave a wrong address. His patients with my dilemma was superb. Swift on the locating of the books on hand, completing the correct shipping address and giving me the number of corporate’s customer service to be able and find out about my lost order. As I had ordered it from the web sight and not a particular store.Now that’s great customer service. Thank you

Great coffee, great staff. The only issue was that they were understaffed. These 2 employees were doing their best, but it took 12+ minutes after ordering to get our drinks. It was the same for everyone. Get these wonderful staff some help.

What is up with the customer service at this location? I have never encountered so many smug, self satisfied, officious, rude employees in one place. Do better.

Very nice Barnes and Noble. Well kept up, nice workers who seem to enjoy their job. The kids section is lovely. I love book stores and this was a pleasant store to be in. We will frequent this store.

Always clean and inviting. Easy to cozy up in a chair and lock into an excellent read. Love the smell of coffee lingering in the air and the quiet escape this Barns and Nobels provides. If your needing some fresh fall air the patio attached to the Starbucks inside gives you what your looking for (depending on time will indicate how much street noise you may encounter).

Great book store! The smell of new book is just amazing. It reminded me the touch of a book is way better then digital! Also has a cafe inside, which is noice~
