The only thing I don't like about this is they put all the mask out all together. So while the others in front of you may be sick, they've just put their germs on them mask. I ended up with the flu after being here.

Baptist health use to be a awesome hospital but over the years we'll since I've been bringing my husband in the last 6 years have gotten lazy to wear I clean our room and make my husband's bed with clean sheets and blankets to the doctors not fully telling you everything you need to know and should know like telling us my husband had congestive heart failure I had to find out in my chart which I should not have to do soAlong with my husband I had a friend come to Baptist for stomach problems long story short they did a mri found cancer but opened her up anyways 3 1/2 months later she's dead which tells me all that doctor didn't care about nothing but getting paid for doing the surgery This world today is crazy and it's only gonna get crazier

DO NOT use this HOSPITAL!! My husband and I take our son for day surgery and after being in the waiting room for 1 hour waiting to be called back we are told only one of us can be in the waiting room by a very rude RN who called our son back. She said it was because of COVID. We have on masks as required but one of us has to stand outside! Ridiculous treatment! DO NOT COME HERE!

Great staff. Good selection of gifts and cards. Prices are a little high. The pharmacy staff are MOST helpful and having a retail pharmacy at the hospital is super-convenient. I know they offer some in-building delivery, but I don't know about delivery otherwise.

I would think a Pharmacy under the umbrella of Baptist Medical Ctr would be excellent! Medical Towers Pharmacy has dropped the ball AGAIN on having my refills in stock. My locally owned Mom&Pop pharmacy ALWAYS had my Meds in stock!! I can no longer use them because of my RX insurance. They also have staff who DO NOT understand that if a refill requires an ok by the subscribing physician THE PHARMACY must send a fax to the doc! Get it TOGETHER Med Towers Pharmacy‼
