Love my Bank OZK branch at Markham and Rodney Parham, and especially the branch manager Jessica Files, who always comes through with excellent customer service! In a world where good service is increasingly hard to find, she’s truly a breath of fresh air!

This location is consistently good, even when they have different tellers. I was having issues with a mistake made by a teller at a different branch, and Kyra at Capitol fixed the issue and was very friendly.
