Closed out of B of A after decades of use. This Bank of Ozarks on Centrell is outstanding. Customer service above and beyond to include site manager John Carrico and the tellers.

Of all locations this one always is so understanding and take such good care of me even though Covid is ramp it in I can’t go in the branch… That’s never been a problem because they are so helpful and so determined to make banking easy even when Covid isn’t!!
