This company is the most difficult bank I’ve ever dealt with. They have a service in their app where you can live chat with a representative. It cut me off and ended the chat after going back and forth with someone for a good while. It said I was taking too long to respond when 1. the rep was taking much longer and 2. I was responding quickly. A waste of 20 minutes. So I tried calling. Talking with a representative on the phone is impossible (insane hold times and you get transferred from person to person), so finally I thought I would go up there and speak with someone. I made an appointment way in advance. Then I was informed via phone not even an hour before my appointment that all they’re going to do is call the department with me. LOL. Literally the same as when I’ve attempted to call from home (3 times with 30+ minute hold each time). Do not waste your time with this company like I already have.

I'm calling at 4:55pm with a emergency and no one picks up a phone. The auto machine takes over talking about if this a emergency you can go online.

Today the business line is open for the only Bank of America open after 4 pm in our area as I approached I was told my teller needed to finish up her window was closed( there is nothing signifying this) I understand busyness but NOT RUDENESS. Seriously some customer service manners

I knew it wasn't going to be good when I arrived for my noon appointment, was told to have a seat, and the customer across from me informed me their appointment was for 1130.At 1235 I was finally helped. A relatively simple matter.I want to reiterate that I appreciate the nice lady that was helping me. I know at times my impatience and frustration was made evident.It seems to me the processes and systems that this "business" has in place are designed to maximize frustration and inefficiency for both employees and customers. To think that this "business" is considered to be somehow too big too fail and was bailed out with taxpayer money is insane and outrageous.To the manager: Where I am from, the manager doesn't go on vacation unless things at work are covered. Pathetic. I'm sure you get it from further up top though, it's pervasive I imagine. After all, who really cares when you know you'll just get bailed out no matter how incompetent and ill run the "business" is.

Though the employees arevery nice, The staffing is so sparse that there are consistently long lines and unhappy customers. in addition, unable to call to schedule a business meeting (or do so online). The satellite bank was also closed. Very disappointed with this bank service on multiple levels.

Bank was unable to help me with a very simple transaction. Remove my old phone number when for whatever reason I could not do it online myself(cant wire money). They were not able to help me with that. Afterwards I said if I can just wire money while being at the branch, to which I was told that they are unable to do that as well. Why have a branch if you are not willing to help your customers in person?
