I don’t normally leave reviews but I am doing this in hopes they see this and work on customer service!!!When it was my turn to be attended and I needed to do a wire transfer (after I asked if it was possible and they said yes) for some reason I had to step aside and wait. The teller took other costumers and after waiting confused, I walked up to someone else to ask if was going to get help, she said yes but to take a seat, I waited again!! Then It looked like they were closing, putting things away and all and listen! If I’m too late or need to come back that’s fine but COMUNICATE with the customer, I don’t even know why I had to step out on the first place, why they took so long. I never even got attended to, after feeling so frustrated I just left.Honestly!!! Bank of America service has just gone down hill

I wasn't sure what I would encounter after looking at all the low reviews here, but I was in and out in no time, and everyone was pleasant, courteous and professional. Which is why I've banked w/ BofA for well over 30 years.

Terrible system overall!!! They create accounts and provide a security credit card which has a limited amount of money for $200 for the following year! They cannot increase the amount of money and cannot fix this problem, avoid any responses, moreover, the cost for the simple bills in this country is more than $200!! How should we cover our expenses?? It is ridiculous, that this bank called for convenience for people although creates more difficulties and disrespect for customers!!!

I was there on behalf of my friend and I found it to be a good patron friendly establishment. At on point the line was long and one of the ladies came out of the office to assist with the simple transactions which sped things up expeditiously.

BofA and all of its branches really need help with sensitivity training. The manager I encountered at this 1-star average branch, is another example. I went in with a special situation (an estate check) and instead of helping, she proclaimed she's done this "for 20 years". I, myself, worked in banking for 10 years and know that help can extend beyond the branch, esp when LEGAL paperwork is presented - then she looked offended when I asked for additional corporate resources for my situation. Before the "Social Media Client Care" team replies, there's a reason there are no good reviews on this location - why would we waste our time visiting a branch if we really didn't need help beyond Facebook and Twitter? I recommend others to bank with ANY other institution then BoA...they NEVER go above and beyond to help people.

I have literally spent the last 30 mins calling them repeatedly to no avail. Was going to open an account with them but since they can't/won't take the time to answer the phone, I see no reason to do business with them.
